I have to say Brian that you are already doing something amazing with your life, working hard and being nice to others. It is incredible how much this channel grew and how much it will grow, because you deserved it. You always produced quality content which, obviously, your subscribers appreciate so much. I'm happy that Neversate is being expanded (both online and the gym itself). Thanks to your knowledge so many others (including myself of course) made a lot of improvements. Therefore, we (I hope I'm speaking for everyone, and if not then for the majority for sure) can't thank you enough. Looking forward to whatever comes in the future. Peace brother!

You've also inspired me to compete in my first strongman competition, the ft bliss strongest man competition. Thanks so much for all the tips and drills bro. Trust me when I say they've been put to good use.

I don't normally comment on these but had to give you a big shout out for gains I have seen using your lifting program. Just finished up the free template you detailed a few months back and saw at least a 10# PR in each lift - strict press, bench, deadlift, and squat. Thanks for the awesome programming!

Anthony Winfield the linear progression one didn't work out for me because I'm an idiot who can't self-regulate properly, but the percentage based program in three waves is paying off for me big time. I've had a bunch of setbacks this year and I'm getting rep prs. Despite my setbacks, I bet I'm still gonna hit my lifting goals this year. Guy is a genius.

I was looking for this video two days ago. Must have read my mind. Have been using your linear progression template for my lifts and have been getting really good results. My OHP is the strongest it's ever been and my shoulders feel healthier than they were before I destroyed my AC playing rugby. Thanks for the consistent good info, you're helping and inspiring a lot of people.

These cheat sheets are gold!! Happy to be back in the gym after a month hiatus. Started a new career and the new hours threw me off and required me to change my whole routine, so I do full body workouts now. Dont want to make any excuses though. I shouldve figured it out right away, but now I have to regain some ground. Your videos continue to inspire and motivate me though. You have some of the best content for fitness on youtube. Much respect brotha!

My new mantra in the gym, whenever the reps are hard, or I feel like giving up, is WWBD - What Would Brian Do? I'm pretty sure he's never quit one set early, or decided not to do something because it's too hard. So I suck it up and just do it. Thanks for the inspiration Brian!

A question for the Oct. Q&A:
If I want to get stronger I should train with high intensity - 80-85 % 1RM. But with such intensity I can"t train the movement frequently because of lack of recovery - only 2 days per week. Should I decrease the intensity to increase the frequency? What is better to boost my OHP PR: to train 2 times per week with 80 % 1RM or to train 3 times per week with 70 % 1RM ?
    Thank you

I would like to see a BARBELL ROW CHEAT SHEET video. I have a lot of troubles timing my breathing during this exercise.
And also one for the PULL UP would be nice ( the same problem as with the barbell row - you can maybe combine it in one video ). And at last... I just want to say THANK YOU. I love the stuff you are doing. Can't express with words how much you inspire and motivate me. Im looking forward to buying a T-Shirt and sending you a Bulgarian flag :D I love the Suffer Beautifully and Die Empty thing ( campaign maybe :D don't know how it's called ), it just motivates me to get everything possible from my life and always live full of happiness. I will deffinitely do something amazing with my life ( work hard and be nice to others :D) as you like to say. Continue doing what you are doing because you are good at it ... and also CRUSH SOME DAMN PRs ! :D

    2 questions:
    - The Brazilian flag its from one of your clients or some fan donated to you?
    - Many coaches advocate 0 overhead movements for people with poor mobility / scapular elevation. Whats your opinion on that topic?

Hi Brian! Started following/watching you since Elitefts podcast (been a while I guess), started myself on a ~ 13 weeks press prep (for fun). Now...a question I have is: How do you get into a better pressing position? ie. mobility, flexbility, range of motion kind of work. I simply don't get myself to a good enough position mid-to-lockout range due to...all kinds of things? Injury not included that's good.
