Oh I love that those Star Trek sets can unfold I wish that I go (Lego) made sets do that as well, but as much as you could make it unfold. I just don't have passion to make a major change to theme to do it

I’m so excited for this set I’ve been waiting for a Pirates of the Caribbean comeback in LEGO

Me too honestly. The original release was one of the first lines for LEGO were I was there on day 1 and it's one of my most beloved lines. Excited to see what new builds come from this revival.

Lego Star Trek is rumoured to be Enterprise D from Next Generation with the full main cast

So I have heard! Considering making an update video speculating on the reasoning behind that decision. My best guess though is that will be it for Next Generation, and if LEGO Star Trek continues, it will be sets based on Kirk and the originals

Pirates of the Caribbean should really have a comeback.

I think so too! It’s one of my favourite licensed themes from when I was younger and the fact that it only received 1 full wave of sets really surprises me.

This is fun, but am I weird for wanting Lego to just make their own stuff?
Just like in movies, where they keep on remaking older material, or prequels and sequels of popular franchises, Lego does way more unoriginal stuff than is needed.
Then again, I shouldn't complain about these two themes getting a little love. I'm sure a lot of people will want this.

So recently over the holiday break, I've been fixing older sets of mine from the 2000s line and I can't believe we had lines like Atlantis, Space Police, Power Miners, Pharaoh's Quest, Agents, Monster Fighters and just so much more.
It's a little disheartening to see that era gone now but maybe these lines weren't actually success stories? I think we just forget because of how long Ninjago and Friends and City have been around that they are still at the end of the day original themes. But I do miss the action themes of the past.

@@RayLilySeries There are so many, although not everything is great, I really enjoy the variety of themes. Did you have many still complete in your collection? Must be so fun to go over all of those sets! :)

@@pinobluevogel6458 I do and I plan to hopefully make videos about these sets for 2025. Still lots of sorting to go though but the builds are very fun to fix up again.

Because it doesn't sell as well, the lion knights castle didn't sell nearly as much as other sets

@@ChevroletCobaltSport That seems odd, everyone that is remotely interested in castle tends to have it. This theme has quite a big following and apart from it being expensive it is generally loved and thought of as a near perfect set. Where did you get the idea (or facts if you have them) that it didn't sell well?
