21-15-9 DL(225), BFB, TOES TO BAR REST 3 MINUTES 15-9-6 SANDBAG (150) OVER THE SHOULDER, BURPEES OVER SANDBAG, C2B PULL UP
Within 2:30: 200m run + 5 burpees..
Add 2 burpees after each round and complete til failure!
I tried to keep by run below 45 seconds!
I failed after 15 burpees.
80 strict pull-up
Each break do 20 cal assault bike.
I do these for my Monday's pull-up workout.

What speed were you keeping on the treadmill?
