Your serve is the only time when you are in COMPLETE control of the rally so don't waste it. Great tips Ewan. Slowing down the serve, ever so slightly, worked really well for me, as a right side player, when serving from the left to an opponent who was "blocking" the return straight down the line as it gave me time to get to the net.
Right now i am doing top spins and most of the time i manage to score from it. Like you said higher players will wait for the ball to return from the wall. Thanks for the tips. Trying to slice more!
Personally, I prefer serving down the T only when I’m serving from the right side (I’m right-handed) to a player who is also right-handed, which means you’re playing to their backhand. From the left side, as a right-handed player, I feel like it’s much easier to get the ball exactly where you want on the glass with the bonus benefit of the ball curving towards the glass and your opponent again having to play it with their backhand. Also, I always look at the glass even when I’m going for the serve down the middle, catches them off guard even more ;)
Don’t do tutorial where you hit the serve to high. Around 20 seconds left in the second “chapter” you hit the ball in chest height otherwise good tips….

at 1 08 you hit it above your waiste or not
What's the price of this padel
how do you determine who serves first in your matches? do you do 4 and over?
You play a Spanish Toss, one point, anyone can put the ball into play, and whoever wins it gets to decide whether they are serving or not
I just try to serve fast so the opponent has to a volley and I can smash
🎾🔥🔥
Thanks
Can you serve with backhand?
yes but forehand is more effective
Ok
