The service is very underrated, imagine you are winning every single service game with 40-0/40-15! You are putting a lot of pressure on your opponents. They have to perform well, and they cannot make any mistake with their return and their own serves.
In this video: Mistakes about the service, tips about the service, positioning and much more! Have fun!

Tell me you're dutch without telling me you're dutch: HATSIKIDEEE
🤣🤣🤣🤣
Best serve tutorial I've ever seen, a complete one finally! Excellent!
Thank you!
Many of the beginners and the Advanced Players in germany dont know where the play the serve or where to stay in Position. Great Guide Sven! Cant wait to get on court again and teach a New created serve lesson! Vamosssss!
A lot to do than 💪🏼💪🏼
Maybe this was already commented, but the rule says that you have to have at least ONE foot on the ground when impacting the ball, is not mandatory to have both feet touching the ground, 4:02
Dankjewel! Namens mij en Sas💪🏼
Good explanation and clear with practical examples.... thank you.
Thank you
Really great video thanks! Just started playing and lots in here.
Thank!
Thanks Mate .. Just what I needed ...
Great to hear amigo!
Super helpful! Graciaaasss!
Thank you!
Ive learned so much from this video. thank you. What is that Rachet EL REV ??
El rey
Nice tips as usual!
I Need to work on my serve because I hit from low to high too many times :/
Thanks man! Try to start higher and stop earlier
I play a bit of tennis and played this padel game the other day for the first time. I saw a lot of people serving as above but you can get relatively few aces doing this. I found a much more successful technique was to stand deep and hit a hard topspin first serve. This allows way way more speed to be generated. I served a number of games to love doing this and can't understand why it's not done more? Then if you miss this, then go back to the more safe serve outlined in this video for the second serve. Seems strange
If your opponent knows how to use the glass the topspin serve is completely useless
Hey Swen!
Got a couple of questions about the very basics
1. Do we hold a racket like for the volley? Forming 90° with our arm? Do I have to fix it like this for the whole movement?
2. Where should I have my eyes on? For example: should I take a short look at the target before releasing the ball, and after release, do I watch the ball being hit by a racket?
Thank you!
Well, It depends tbh. Its not as “fixed” as something like the smash. I guess bended helps. You should watch the ball and then the contact point, than the other side of the net
top tips 🙏👍
Thanks Hans!
Great Swen Andiamo!!!!
Andiamoss
Hi, what do you think is the best way to receive the serve deep to the side glass? Making steps back deep to the backglass or stepping in and half volleying right after the glass? Also what is your usual choice where to play on receiving this service? Thanks
Just staying where you are :)
Nice videos, do you ever come to tenerife by any chance? Venga, vamos.
Not on the planning yet 😅
@@OtroNivelPadel You should, nice weather in Winter and loads of Padel courts
💪🏼💪🏼
Excelent 👍👌🙏🙏🙏
🙏🏼 thanks
Mathijs has to grab racket with left hand to create tension in the backhand volley. Will inprove his power and position.
VaaAmooooos Sven 💪🏻
4:05 Both feet should b on the ground when hitting the ball?
I wish u can make a video of the confusing rules of the serve and receiving.
I think so, but I will check that in the future with a referee
@@OtroNivelPadel I checked. 1 foot is enough.
You like el jefe or el rey? differences between the 2 rackets? Power control and and handling?
I prefer the El Jefe. Because its softer and feel like I have more control :)
Great video, thank you! Paquito sometimes plays a backhand serve, why does he do that?
To make the angle to the sidewall
How many steps can the server make BEFORE striking the ball?
I am not sure, its in the FIP padel rules somewhere. You can see that online
@@OtroNivelPadel Ja kan me voorstellen.
Is the ball allowed to touch the white lines on the serve?
Yes!
@@OtroNivelPadel So as long the ball touches the white line its still in?
Eigenlijk altijd continental greep.
Can you make a video why am i hitting the net every time in my first serve 😂
I don’t know why you hit the net
Great video. Julian looks like an ukranian soldier on military leave :)
Thank you!
Hatsikidee lol
Haha
Este vídeo es excelente
Gracias!
