Great info, I've always wondered if I really needed to exfoiliate. Appreciate learning about the products meant for sensitive dry skin.

Hi Dr Jenny can I use my hands to pat the Paula's Choice 2% BHA liquid onto my face or you would still recommend using a pad to do so?

Can you recommend a skin cycling for hormonal acne caused by the menstrual cycle?
I heard at one point that some women might use more exfoliation in the premenstrual phase and then reduce it to once or twice per week for the remaining weeks.
Also, if I am new to exfoliation and I already successfully introduced the retinol every other day (COSRX The retinol 0.1), can I use an exfoliating serum and just leave it on less, like 2-3 minutes? I bought the one from The Ordinary, AHA 30%, BHA 2%. Or would you say it is risky?
    Thanks!
