Bazar mein bhe aisi banati hai bus vo log badi kadhai mein banatay hai and very high flame gas k through cook kartay hai..jo ghar par possible nahi ho pata...par jisi hygine k through ghar mein banata hai vo bazar mein possible nahi hai ...jasay source of water...repeated use of same kadai without throughly washing , use of cheap oil and old vegetable( cabbage)/ unhygienic surrounding..
