Itaewon Gyeongnidangil Seoul Korea Apartment Tour $500 for Three Rooms

Hey everyone! After a long hiatus I’m back and trying to rummage through almost a year’s worth of video footage. Thanks for all the messages about where I’ve been. I had emergency surgery last July and decided to leave Korea, so I took things slow so I could spend more time with friends in my last moments. Please pardon my Korean... I don’t speak very well because I never took classes or studied when I lived in Korea. 😂😂
The deposit on this apartment was 10 million won and the monthly payment was 550,000 won plus utilities, which was about $500 USD. I used a local realtor to find it. The realtor doesn’t speak English. It’s called A Realty in Gyeongridangil if you want to look for a similar apartment with her. My landlord also didn’t speak English but she’s super nice.
