What bolt size is needed for this? Thank you for the video!
Do you know the size of through socket that is required to remove the nut at the top of the piston?
Great video, but be careful with these rear shocks, our car is 4yrs old 20k miles and the lower bolt stripped the threads from the swing arm. Been stuck for a week waiting for parts to helicoil one side and expecting the same on the other side.
Are these bolts torque-to-yield bolts? It seems odd to replace them otherwise.
They're not stretch bolts, but Mini advise that they should not be re-used
That’s Odd. Bolts should be included with new parts then 🤦♂️
What is torque settings for the piston nut ?
30 Nm - Mini recommend that the nut is renewed
