Thank you Dean I am looking forward to November 15th for the infiltration in the meantime I have eliminated white bread and fried foods, cold cuts and red meats which are inflammatory foods for osteoarthritis, and I eat more fatty fish. I'm starting to feel some improvement, now I should find a magician who gives me new knees! LOL
