    I had panoptic lenses implanted a month ago in Canada. I now have 20/20 vision at all focal lengths, some hello affect at night and a bit of blurring first thing in the morning. I had the cataracts at age 77 so it is great to throw away my glasses. In Canada the procedure was very expensive but if you can afford it worth the money.

      @@codetvision The one thing I have noticed is a reduction in my low light vision, I always had great night vision now it is ok but now where as good as it was.

      @@RetiredPilot Thank you for sharing! I was quoted around $5000 for the same Alcon PanOptix lenses here in Calgary (which will probably be slightly more in the near future due to USD/CAD rate fluctuations). Do you need any glasses at all? Are you able to drive at nights?

      @@oleggushchin9948 I can see 20/20 no longer ware glasses, however my night vision and low light vision is about half of what it was. Also car lights have rings around them. I can drive at night but it is more work. If you do a lot of night driving I would not advise them. I paid $4100 per eye. Cheers

      @@RetiredPilot I have the same night driving problem. I have only done one eye so far. Concerned with doing the other eye. I think I preferred glasses.

    Click Bait. I wanted hear this person's experience with the Pan Optix Lens. The title indicates a Lens testimonial. Yet is was just a trick to get you to click! :( All the video was about was pumping CODET. No way I would trust them now...

      Hi Jon Jon! The patient indeed had a Cataract Surgery with the PanOptix Lens. We don't tell to the patients what to say in their testimonials videos, and sometimes they don't mention the actual name of the procedure or as in this case, the name of the lens because they don't think of it at the moment. We can assure you that the patient shares his real experience at the clinic and after the surgery.

    This was just an advertisement for a Mexican eye clinic. The title is misleading. I’d consider this clinic to be questionable.

    Everyone I see on here says in a couple DAYS to at MOST a WEEK-- vision should be VERY clear with panoptix-- for 99% of the people that get it-- well I must be in the 1%--- cause it's been 2 months- a little over actually- and I can't see sh.... I can see up close- fine- in the car- I see the dashboard and inside fine- anything past the front of the car- can't see-- roadsigns- even the BIG ones- are blurred BAD until I'm within 40 ft.. and still blurry- but I can read them... I don't know what to do.. doc has me waiting another 2 weeks.. I'm thinking of changing docs AND lenses..

      @@codetvision THANK You for your reply- but i'm on SS only income- with medicare/medicaid that probably won't cover it- and I'm IN VIRGINIA- with no way to travel or money to travel one.. barely surviving now. I have to find someone here that takes my benefits- and I have $3000 credit on GREEN SKY financing approved for non-covered things here.. THANK YOU though. WISH I could.!!

      Hello from Montreal , I am curious...did your vision from far improve with time? I just did both eyes, 3 weeks apart and vision from far is poor.

    • @davidwayne9982
      @davidwayne9982 Год назад

      @@mindyluba9668 Well, it HAS improved- but it's NOT perfect... HOWEVER--I found out there are complications because of LOSING one eye. The bad one that they were experimenting on got to burning- and I put an eye drop in it one day and it was like acid. Long story short the Center for Disease control sent me a notice that 4 people in the US lost an eye to the contaminated drops- I was ONE of those-- and 9 died!! Anyway- my specialist says that my sight on the other eye has been struggling to compensate for the BAD eye-- so I'm not a fair comparison for those with 2 good ones.!! I was also told that once I get my FAKE one in-- week after next- that the good one should "level out" and work perfectly. It's been checked and I'm told it ShOULD be close to perfect. Check back in about 3-4 weeks and I'll let you knokw. I have two other famly members that had the same lens- and they have ALMOST perfect vision. The only disadvantage is you lose a little LIGHT coming in- so in low light- like cloudy days- you won't see as clearly anywhere.. STILL VERY GOOD- but not perfect.
