It is an Odissi song by the late 18th century poet Gopāḷakrusṇa Paṭṭanāyaka. There's more to the song. But the video contains the following lines-
ମୁଁ ତ ଜାଣି ଜାଣି କରିଛି ମାନ।
_Mũ ta jāṇi jāṇi karichi māna_
How foolish I'm that I (Radha) knowingly sulked (from Krishna).
କାହାକୁ ବୋଲିବି କିସ
ମୋହର କରମ ଦୋଷ
_Kāhāku bolibi kisa_
_mohara karama doṣa_
Whom should I tell
that it is all my fault.
ସ୍ୱହସ୍ତ କରିଛି ବିଷ ପାନ
_Swahasta karichi biṣa pāna_
I fed myself poison (metaphorically) with my own hands.
