This episode has great effects and a great lesson on listening. I figure that the Poilet boats are like Bluenose on abusing their high status and authority and not listening to the need of the civilians!!!! The only disappointed is there's no dock fire that pushes over hammerhead cranes or sinks ships.
voices for the uk dub nigel pilkington as theodore tim whitnall as george jo wyatt as emily gary martin as foduck steven kynman as hank john hasler as the dispatcher rob rackstraw as benjamin bridge additional voices maria darling, ben small, keith wickham and rebecca nagan
@@lukechristmas3951 they ever so slightly have different shapes when i first saw them when i was five i thought they were sisters but now that i'm way older i can tell that they are not indeed related
I really wish they would release a boxset of Theodore, used to watch it before I went to school and I still enjoy it just as much as Tugs and Thomas.
When I put this reply your comment is mixed with mine like the space between my reply and your comment
Shout Factory needs to ge on that.
The music in this show is ethereal. I loved watching this back when it first aired.
The harbor master, (host of the show) is "Denny", the former lead singer from the "Mama's and the Papa's". A sixties vocal rock group.
Hank trying to impersonate as a pilot boat was actually funny to me lol.
2:56 Hank's eyes pushed in more than normal!
I liked the fog effects on the set where marker bouy 6 was!

2:01-2:03 When I think laughing, the face Theodore’s making here doesn’t exactly come to mind.
Elo Echo is a really big giant ship.
"Oh hi everybody." XD
Oh hi mark
Starting @ 2:55, you can see a truck moving in the background on one of the docks; first time ever noticing that! :)
This is just like thomas and pingu done all over again except with tugboats
4:46 «well I never!« «how rude!»
10:27 Epic fog effects
wait...that ship has the Ice Breaker Inverness's horn.
Some sounds are shared.
2:32 and 2:56 Moving trucks 🚛
Since this episode is about listening, did anyone else catch "THE LICK" at 4:56?
Fear of the Dark iron maiden?
That buoy in the fog is not actually Blandford, it's actually called Blankston.
13:13 we’ll never know what kind of sandwich that was 😞
If I remember correctly from the original PBS airing (I have it recorded somewhere), it was a peanut butter and seaweed sandwich. :P
0:59 1:16 nice scenery

Pearl and Petra are twin sisters.
Not really. They look the same, but if you look closer, you'll see that they have different designs.
I think Petra is way more younger than Pearl, Petra has blonde eyebrows and Pearl has deep brown eyebrows.
not quite but i see what you mean
@@trionabyrne72 yeah Petra is younger than Pearl
