There's also a complete theory regarding Bomb Shelter Buffet, with the chef representing Hideo Kojima, making horrible food and trying hard to make it look good, which could have been a reference to how Kojima was treating the MGS series. Then, the chef (Kojima) lets the audience (us) kill a snake (Solid (Old) Snake). When the lady asked if his wife liked the food, he says that "she got mad that he didn't make it sooner" which is a reference to the fans always asking for a new Metal Gear Solid to be released as soon as possible.
