Suffering is not for all life, I feel empathy with you last year I have lived some horrible things I wouldn't wish for no one, now this year has been more quiet and peaceful, leave it all on the Hands of God he will be in charge of it. Don't forget that sadness is not forever and happens for learning reasons. I hope you have happy and wonderful days soon, wish you all the best. Prompt: you're studying while someone is playing the piano in another room. (sorry for any typos)
You sit there, staring at the crisp paper and the boo in front of you. You don't know what to do, your head is full of static and messy wiring, you can't think clearly and when you try to get on studying, your brain can't process a single word on the paper or book. You lower your head and rest it gently on the desk. You want to cry, it's too much, You have to pass this test or you'll be forced to leave the school.
You feel hopeless, so you start packing up your bag. But as soon as your hand touches the notebook, you hear it. The soft, clean sound of a piano in the dorm room over. You didn't even know the walls were so thin, you could hear it clearly and slowly your mind starts to clear up as well. You look down at your work and slowly start to write and read. Your tease muscles relax, your breath steadies, your mind focuses. It's not all sunshine and rainbows, you struggle to answer some questions, you struggle finding some notes. But just like the piano, you continue going.
Hope starts filling you heart as you near the end of your work. You smile as you finish jotting down you notes, the piano coming to a close and finishing when you shut the textbook.
Who was that? That played the piano so elegantly? Whoever it was, you had them to thank, they saved you from being kicked out this place, and maybe one day.. you can thank them face to face.

This is so beautiful. It made me cry. I am in this type of situation but competitive exam. I stayed up for many nights with a hope to see my parents proud of me, their happy faces crying when I was not able to Achieve set goal. It would always clench my heart. Crying While studying but not stopping my work. Not many people who knew me saw me cry but I did secretly.

I know you can do it because you are very determined that you will never fail yourself :) take breaks and stop when nothing is going through . believe in yourself and you will shine without knowing . like a daytime star, just because you dont see it during the day doesnt mean it does not shine! goodluck with your competitive exam and i wish you all the best .
I just started studying for the LSAT, and although it's the beginning I already find myself being discouraged whenever I get a question wrong and it makes me doubt my capability to do this. But this playlist has been soothing some of my anxieties while I study, so I plan to keep going because going to law school is my dream. Thank you for this work of art!

POV:
Feeling listless and unmotivated after a tiring day from academy you feel like procrastinating on the tons you got to finish . The heaps of pages filled with black ink further add to your avolition. However, you need to get on to work again in order to reach where you always aimed for. Suddenly, a surreal wave of melody made its way to your eardrum and then straight to your heart making you visualize your goal. The brain responded the stimuli with a jolt of energy which lets you take the pace while these beautiful chords kept you a company.

As a nursing student, I regretted taking up the course, but I've been listening to this playlist for a while as I study. It's the best one I've come across so far, and it's slowly helping me change my mind about nursing. Despite feeling down more than usual these past few weeks, this playlist has been convincing me that I would come to love nursing in the long run. It just has this effect on me and I just want to say thank you sincerely for creating this playlist.
Im on the same boat as you. Currently taking 5 science classes, some being labs and it feels like a lot and i feel like giving up. Im currently studying A&P II while listening to this playlist, and it also made me realize how much i really want to be a nurse. It is so rewarding to be able to be so involved and play a big role in other peoples lives during their most difficult times. Hey lovely, On the same boat with you also studying nursing. I use to be doing well in my classes last year and I feel like my life really took a turn downhill. Trying to find the will in me to sit down and read my books has been my greatest challenge lately. The feeling of not doing my best brings a new weight of sadness. It sucks now but we are getting there. Progress is still progress even if it’s not the progress you wish it could be. It’ll get better. I wish you the best. A tip to help me lately is to set my desk up all nice to feel like I’m in a story where I am the main character studying and pushing through it all for to come out strong and see the happy ending:) 🩷

I grew up in a unique house where there were two living rooms and on one side of the wall I would study and on the other side my cousins would play piano. And I was facing spring once again. No matter how hard I try, I can never run from him, can I?
There he was again…brown t-shirt and quiet shoes. He stood there staring right at me, his thick hair swaying in the gentle breeze.
He had the most lit up and reflective eyes God ever created. Instantly took me back to the times at the rooftop of our night school. Laying over the overgrown moss on the cracked concrete as we studied the starlit sky instead of studying for our exams our young souls couldn’t help but feel thrilled.
Spring told me all about Zeus’s gift to Europa; the Canis Major.
The stars were pretty but even prettier when I was taking them in from the reflection in Spring’s bright eyes.
‘Greek Gods and their lavish gifts to fill in for their absence huh?’
-But, I’d be pretty happy with a constellation. Time isn’t always flexible. There’s so much to pursue in the long run.
Spring spoke again; ‘You’d be okay even if presents are all the company you have?’
I took my time with this question noticing the familiar edge in his voice.
-The constellation was in the shape of a bull as a reminiscence of their very first encounter. Zeus aligned it so as no one forgets their story. He wanted everyone to know how much he loved her. Can’t I appreciate the great Greek god of skies showing his love towards his mortal lover?
‘But you don’t receive my love that easily’
I felt my breath get hitched in my throat. I turned my head to the side hoping he didn’t catch it.
‘I’ll ask again. Would you ever leave me to pursue something you’ve always wanted?’
I feel myself let out a breath I didn’t know I’d been holding:-You know my answer.
‘Even when I volunteer to go with you? If only you’d agree…think of what we could have; same school, same time zone same…us’
I find myself fiddling with my billowing sleeves, looking anywhere but him:-You’ve known my answer.
I felt his burning gaze on me as he spoke next: ‘Yes, I have. I’ve known it since the day I borrowed your pencil and never gave it back hoping you’d talk to me.’
I stilled at that. He paused before continuing: ‘I’ve known it since the day I caught your eye at my game and you stared straight without returning my smile. That Valentines when I watched as you struggled to say no to your admirers as they handed over chocolates to you but handed them over to your girlfriends the moment they turned at their heels’
‘I’ve always known just how cautious you have been. Around anyone and everyone, worried you’d give your true feelings away or even hurt someone else’s feelings. I’ve watched you as you did your best to not raise anyone’s hopes at having you, be it Valentine’s or any other day. I’ve always noticed the distance you’ve placed between yourself and others, believe me because I have.’
I turned to meet his gaze. Contrary to what I assumed the eyes that were looking at me were much warmer if not concentrated. He looked at me like he couldn’t read me well.There was a frown between his arched eyebrows. My fingertips found their way as they began to work. His skin was cooled from the spring night breeze but some of the heat from his skin seeped through.
‘I’ve always stood back and watched you keep everyone at an arms distance as if you were always ready to leave to somewhere far away’ he finished watching me quietly.
-And yet you approached me repeatedly until I let you in.
I dropped my eyes to his. They were brown. Not the brown from chocolate but almost like my morning coffee; plain black with no sugar. I found my fingers had moved to his eyebrows now, tracing the fine lines. He closed his eyes at this. His lids weren’t heavy but his eyelashes were.
‘You still haven’t let me in’ my fingertips hovered on top of his eyelashes at that. -I haven’t?
He opened his eyes at that- oh those eyes…I felt myself stumble into them the first time I looked into them and the effect they have on me still haven’t changed. Brown eyes may seem so and so until you fall for someone with brown eyes.
-Tell me then. What part of me have I not let you in to yet?
‘Let me come with you. We...just got together but you never let me do anything for you. I want to hold your hand as you achieve everything you’ve dreamt of’.
My hand still hovered above his face- You want me to take you away with me oceans away…away from your own dreams? What about your own happiness?
‘And what if I tell you that you are now my happiness?’ I lightly drag the crescent right below his eyes and I feel him lean in.
-Then I must tell you that I cannot promise to always be enough. I’ve watched you too, you know as you talked about your dreams so different from mine; I watched your pupils relax into this clearer shade of brown-I…have I ever told you that I absolutely love your eyes? They are so pretty
He is quiet for a while until I realize the tip of my thumb is wet. But his voice is calm when he speaks next.
‘But they aren’t pretty enough to make you let me stay, are they?’ a pause as I say nothing waiting for an outburst from him that doesn’t come.
‘Have I ever told you that you are just a little mean? Telling me you love my eyes right before we part ways. Is this your way of making sure I never forget you?’
-You know well that we do not have to part, long dist-
‘Would you call me regularly though? Or pick up my calls?’ his voice starting to sound just a little breathy. I brush my knuckles against his cheekbones just the slightest bit cool from his dried tears. I choose to stay silent this time.
‘You wouldn’t. You can’t even promise me that much ‘cause of the place you’re going to. No, don’t give me that look. I’ve always known that you do not plan to go to college for the next couple of years. That the dream that you keep quiet about is volunteering at the war sigh-
-You’ve known all along? How come you never-
‘Never what? You know that I can’t- no wouldn’t stop you from doing something that you so desperately wish to do. But I also couldn’t hold myself back from falling for the person you are and the more I fell for you, the more I dreaded the day I’d have to let you go like that. There were times I tried to hold myself back from approaching you too knowing how this would end. So at the end all I could come to was that you at least let me go with you.’
-You talk about how hard it will be for you. What about me? How could I drag the man I love away from the life he’s dreamt of since he was younger?
I pause for a moment as I feel a trembling hand on mine. I take a deeper breath before continuing:-I have no family and never had anyone who cherished me, not until you came along. I know I am to blame for letting you in so I cannot make a bigger mistake by taking you away from the ones who love you. Your family, your friends who cheered you up every time I tiptoed around you, your-your five dogs. You shine, my love. I’ve heard the professors praise you and felt nothing but pride. I’ve seen your college application. You have every bit of potential to be the vet you’ve always dreamt of becoming.
I take his hand in both of mine, rubbing soothing circles before continuing-I on the other hand have to do this. I have to. The world has given me everything I have asked it to and even more. I never thought I deserved to have a boyfriend let alone someone like you. The world deserves you and I certainly don’t.
His next words come slightly muffled as he leans on my shoulder; ‘You said you have no one. What about me? You just called me your boyfriend but never let me be one for you. Why can’t you let me hover around you even when you know that I’m aware of what it will take? I knew you were the one I wanted to be with since the first time I saw you. The time I borrowed a pencil from you, the time I overheard your talk with the professor about your volunteer plan, and the time you quietly picked up the fallen peony from the bouquet I was holding before taking it into your arms and giving me the most beautiful smile are all carved into my memory like they were just yesterday when you know how far we’ve come.’
He wraps the other arm around me and pulls me closer.
‘Loving you came too easily. It was like breathing to me.’
-Loving you on the other hand was like testing the waters. I put my feet in to test and next thing I know I’m deep in.
I find myself leaning in to him.

And just like that years have passed. The urge to lean into those eyes, to just let myself get tangled in them still hasn’t gone away even after all these years.
His eyes momentarily land on me before they turn towards the front. For a second I stand there and wonder if he did recognize me, the added scars on my face are sure to make it hard. I push my doubts aside as the signal turns red. He crosses over and I follow after him quietly before taking over and facing him.
Looking closer I could see the lines added to his face by time. Pushing away the urge to press my fingers into those crescents I ask instead:-Do you happen to have an extra pen?
There’s a tensed pause before ‘No, but would a pencil do?’
There’s a curve forming at his lips and I feel an upward tug at my own.

Absolutely loved the message you had at the beginning. It really reminded me that life isn't always happiness and joy, and I shouldn't be seeing that as the golden standard for a good life. Life has good and bad, and that is precisely what makes life, well, life. The good and bad, the imperfections, the hardship and the strength to push through the hardship, are what make life so oddly beautiful. Like you said, the hardships in life are also in their own sense beautiful, because they shape who we are. Thank you for making this video. It helped pull me out of the doom and gloom mindset I've been struggling with recently. You've reminded me that life is imperfect, and that's what makes it beautiful. I don't need to be this ideal character, nor does my life have to be filled with only good things, for me to be happy.

POV: You're a voracious reader. You rarely read novels but out of spontaneity, you started reading Dostoyevsky's Crime & Punishment. And then you found this-a musical masterpiece that perfectly hums the progression of each chapter of a literary master piece. By the fourth page of the book of the preface, your tears helplessly started falling. And now on the 20th page, you feel like you're in a musical opera as you read the book and you listen to this music further. You've turned into someone who embodies each of the characters of the story. It was an entirely peculiar and immersive reading experience. The notes and the words has drawn you into a totally different universe, and now you're in bliss. Such experience has changed you.

I am going to be super honest here, that opening quote brought tears to my eyes and I never show those types of feelings. Very unexpected and a beautifully written quote. In today's world men aren't allowed to show emotion. there is no such thing as unconditional love anymore. stay strong god loves you. God IS love.
the fact that when no one listens, the universe is there to listen kept me moving on
As I drowned in the work and the feeling of failure, those sweet sounds of music ran through my ears and made my soul laugh. An empty soul, which I thought was already dead because of all these moments that make me feel like I am not good enough. But now I finally feel alive, at least for a little bit. I feel that sparkle in my eyes again, from which I thought I lost long ago and feel the warmth of happiness runing throughy body. The pain finally leaves. And in that Moment, in that little moment when I was surroundet by the sounds of joy, I realised that you can find luck in the smallest things. I felt the coat of heaviness break and the sun warming my skin. I wanted to feel alive again. Wanted to laugh and dance in the rain. These sounds are a new memorie, one of tjose which I will remember forever and it just belongs to me. These sounds are my small moment, my memorie of joy, which I will Keeper in my heart forever.

Thank you, my mind was being persecuted by boredom, and no matter how much I searched for RAP, metal, Latin music, TV shows and comedy videos, I still felt just as bad and had this feeling of being an incomplete puzzle. I watched this video in my recommendations and now I'm free, I'm complete again. Who would have thought that a few piano notes would soothe the demons of my boring loneliness?

The blinds were drawn, all light sucked out of warm and cozy studio apartment 2 stories overlooking sleepy floating clouds. The smell of baked bread clung to all the walls, soaking in the air in comfort, like a loving embrace after years of loneliness. Melodious strings of sound slowly filled the corridor, high notes softly yet begrudgingly dancing together through each tap of the piano keys. This tune, so heavenly but so sad at the same time. I could almost call it Sad Paradise. But how could something so beautiful, be so agonising? I lean in to the symphony, absorbing its meanings, This time is different to all the other evenings. Thick raindrops were pelting the windows, almost soothing the harsh undertone of this oddly familiar yet foreign language. I began moving my feet, letting this cacophony of love guide me in motion, I wrap my arms tightly around myself swaying side to side, inhaling all the freshness of my baked seeded loaf sitting patiently on the kitchen counter. I twirled, eyes shut and smiling hoping that the wall hiding us from each other would crumble so that I may rush over to kiss the hands of the magician who communicates with me in melodies. Hands that I assume are soft, just like the smoothness of his notes.Yet strong, selflessly sewing together pitches high and low. I imagine that his ears are small, or covered by a head full of hair, because he hasn't heard me weep to his songs. Maybe he is a wounded soul? these tunes can't simply be hobby, they have a rhythm of experience and longing. I imagine he is quiet, who thinks a lot, I'm sure he - unlike me- thinks in chords and accents.
and then it all stops. The painfully beautiful melodies abruptly pause. I feel robbed, I needed them the most today. Im so overwhelmed by a longing that consumes me, that even the scent of the bread begins to leave a sour taste in my mouth. I stop looking at the door, arms slowly loosening, dropping at my sides. I hear a light sound at the bottom of the door, a small note with a loose crimson petal slides under, I open it hesitantly and it reads:
I hear you dance to my songs alone, have you not heard the whispered invitations in each tune?
... I must ask you, I am taking a step beyond the keys to meet you halfway in love and in melody, open the door so we don't have to be lonely anymore.
It takes me back to as I was walking through the ruins of the Buddhist monastery of the 1st Century. As I walk through the conference hall with my right hand on the wall trying to feel the memories, suddenly, all the voices of students walking around in their robes and others are praying. Through the half remained walls, I could see the young boys playing on the entrance stairs with beautiful laughter echoing in the study hall. Watching all the people as someone invisible, I could see the monks and students interacting and working. Walking up the stairs, I see a man meditating facing the beautiful valley with the serene breeze touching his face. Sanding behind and feeling the calmness is making me stay in the moment. The place I long for. Moving back I see the walls changing colors, and started to touch the roof. The view has changed as the piano is played and a rocking chair appears in the middle of the room. As I sit and move back and forth, the music is taking me to travel through the times in a parallel universe. Where life is still in its simplest form.
This beautiful piano music got me thinking, how could you possibly be happy when you don't know sadness. You need both to create music💙

You look away, abashed, when your eyes shift back to meet his, his sparkling blue orbs are gone, he has vanished. You will never know. You melt into the floor as though you were a wax candle, that melody reverberating through your brain like the infamous Julianne-Charlotte bell tower, ringing, ringing, ringing….
