To everyone on that Level 9 Assault grind, keep going you can do it!
To engineer first, build nodes, then switch to Assault or class of choice. This WILL earn you continuous XP for any class you have selected after engineer as long as those nodes remain up.
Me realising Raider exists and trying to grind to it XD I'm already at around level 4 from passively using it, now it's all I'm using

That game does look pretty real. The way enemies act, all because of good game mechanics. Those are real people but they act like soldiers. It’s incredible.
The more you play it the more you see how lifeless the characters feel. They have no face expressions and they don’t yell out in their native tongue. They’re lifeless BUT it’s still a fun intense game
But now they blink and their eyeballs roll round like they're possessed lol
Honestly I can track my skill level increasing after each video of yours. Keep it up, if ya got anything to prepare me for Commander role that would be great!
After Rifleman, Commander is the final infantry role for me to cover, so be patient young grasshopper! So cool to hear that you feel your skill level improving from the vids. 🤘

i stopped playing fps games when cs source was out. coming back in on HLL from a work mates recommendation was a big change to the 1.3-1.6 cs days, source was heaps easier than 1.6. but i am loving it, it will be the only game i will play now, just like counterstrike was from the early 2000s til 2012

I just tried assault today. Probably got half my kills by the enemy smoking their own position before moving. A blind spray into the smoke works great.
I’m pretty new around level 28 and I just want that shotgun 😅 that looks so fun. trying to grind machine gunner to unlock mg42 then maybe onto assault. I suck at this game bad but it’s addictive.
I kill my first enemy with a granade, i wait like a minute to realize that it was dead, at the end he become two

Is anything not made better by Frank references? If all else fails and you can't get a kill as Assault, try using your toe knife!

I make those shots a fair amount with the MP40. My favorite SMG in the game!

I considered including that tip but didn't feel good about promoting it since it is a selfish trick that should only be done while seeding.

I know I'm a year late and I'll admit I don't have much experience in the game outside of being a tank gunner in a squad with my friend, but I feel like the Soviet level 3 assault kit loses the grenades to make space for the drum magazines? I'm probably WAY off in my guess but I feel like there would be less space in a soldier's pack or belt with them carrying giant tuna cans of ammo around.
Talking about grind, I did the best match of my life in rifleman and I end being about 200 points away from leveling up
Actually there is another loadout for the russians. They included the svt 40. One of my game favs in terms of everyone vs us lol

Only problem with going engineer first and building nodes is that switching to assault after doing that is pretty much impossible. I get assault stolen from me when im switching my outfit to snow camo lol. Which is lame i can pick it but cant take a second to customize my outfit without it being stolen from me in that time
A silly question: in your videos your teammates do not have the blue circle above them, is that just for the recording or do you play it like that?
I play like that. Makes for cleaner footage.
@@SoulSniperYT Woa it's amazing you don't shoot at your teammates more often then. I also like the lack of blue dots but for me it's still hard to tell whom from whom in the game.
I do get a TK here and there that I wouldn't have otherwise got, but it is what it is. I always just apologize and people are always cool about it.

I could be wrong, this may have changed and I never realized it... cause' I don't read patch notes... But I think only the Germans can cook their grenades...? Americans and Soviets can hold their grenade indefinitely once they pull the pin. Please correct me if not the case.
You're correct, only German grenades can be cooked. The US and Soviet grenades are automatically thrown after a few seconds. So you can't hold them with the pin pulled indefinitely.
what map is the beach attack one i havent had it in months ?
There's Omaha Beach and Utah Beach, but Omaha is the one where more beach fighting actually happens.

Bro this game is something else. I really love it and it's the best shitty game I've ever played. I kick ass at most shooters but I can't get more than 18 kills a game and get into a squad that wants to actually do stuff. Everyone's just silent and split up and it kinda sucks. I can see the potential to have a good time I'm just not getting it.
This is one of those games where you go through five frustrating games, but then you have that one absolutely incredible game that's unlike anything you've ever experienced and the cycle starts all over! Lol
The mp40 is better than the Thompson tho
100% agree. Best SMG
It really rips at close range but I struggle with it at medium/long range. Definitely prefer the stick mag version over the drum mag.
It's simply because it's more controllable and therefore slightly more accurate than the drum mag version
I found it funny how they have an achievement on Xbox if you kill yourself with your own grenade.. don't ask how I know 😂

As an Assault, I always let the petty riflemen storm houses to point out the enemies for me when they die. I mean, why waste an Assault when you can sacrifice a rifleman instead?
