My brother is in process of being moved here. He has a disabled hand and has done 10 years in state . He’s 41. Has 63 months to do. He is charged with ammunition. He has never murdered anyone and no sex offenses. Mostly drugs and theft. Led police on few chases. I don’t think this prison is appropriate for him. He has maintained sobriety in prison. Any advice on how I can get him transferred to more appropriate prison?
shoot my uncle is in here too. he had priors and did drugs with a friend and the friend overdosed. 2 50 year old men hanging out at the casino. also a disabled old white man
