Customer fury as Ryanair cancels 18,000 MORE flights

Another 400,000 passengers are affected by Ryanair's latest list of cancelled flights.The company is scrapping 18,000 extra flights and more than 30 routes - including some from London, Belfast, Newcastle and Edinburgh.
Ryanair says it'll give them refunds or new flights - but one passenger told 5 News what she's been offered isn't good enough.
