As a poor person, this house looks bomb af!!! I don’t even care if the pool overlooks a parking lot. I’d be more than ecstatic to live in a clean and secure house like this
This place is using a good quality material. But the room layout needs to br max. The rooms upstairs doesn’t have closet, there’s two doors outside that could be use for closet, instead it’s for a small pantry and cabinet. I don’t know about u, but i believe that a bathroom shouldn’t be put above kitchen. The backyard is so spacious and can be use as laundry room, because i never see a washing machine in the middle of a room. And the pool, it’s neat, but a little odd to be out in the front. I mean, again, the material is amazing, but the layout is a little odd.
I too thought the laundry machines being in the living room as odd. The back office should of been a laundry room or use the space with teh secondary stove.

I thought that door in the middle is the lift but I was wrong it's the laundry room and yes it's odd specially it's near the dining area. I don't know if that is the culture in Korea no offense. But the materials is so elegant it feels like you are in a expensive Hotel.
@@mayogracias2389 washing machine in the living room is only normal for studio apartments or 1-bedders. For a landed home of this size, having it in the middle of a spacious and open living/dining area is just really odd design. Speaking as an East Asian too. So it's definitely not just a Western opinion

korean sure loves marbles and gold, they reallove love that feeling of luxury and while the houses are really gorgeous, the space allocation is always kinda bad, too much wasted space for no reason

Amazing house but the layout is a bit odd to me. Also for a country that still values modesty, privacy and propriety to a very high degree, that’s a very odd place to put your swimming pool.
All korean houses layouts are a bit odd, and hve too much wasted space. Their aesthetics are pretty good tho
@@dleenedouglasdd definitely agree. Am Asian but non-Korean and though I admire the quality finishing and materials used, I don't understand their layout choices. Haha. Maybe I'm too used to places like Hong Kong, Singapore and Tokyo where real estate is through the roof and every inch is optimally utilized and meticulously planned.
@@kageyamareijikun my thoughts exactly, I love watching house tours like this and I think Korean houses have AMAZING aesthetics, the way the decorate the places and their choices of colours are just great, but the layouts and space utilisation is a bit odd
Frankly, as a Korean-American, this townhouse feels a little cramped. Like they could have extended the first floor a little bit closer to the entrance and could have made the entire place feel more "open."
I dont think it is a place to LIVE but to be when you’re travelling to Jeju Island. So its like these things doenst matter since you wont be there for so long

The exterior of this house has a prison vibe. Especially that outdoor space at the back. Sitting on a table between four concrete walls would make me claustrophobic

이 단위만큼 놀랍습니다. 미국 투자자로서 저는 폭과 길이가 더 낫습니다. 천장 높이가 큽니다. 그러나 3 층 침실 2 개에는 옷장이없는 것처럼 보였습니다. 그 방에 의류를 걸 수있는 물건을 넣으면 공간에서 멀어집니다. 그것이 내가 너비를 언급하는 이유 중 하나입니다. 어린이 방이라해도 장난감 상자 나 책상을 놓을 공간이 부족합니다. 아마도 당신이 보여주는이 유닛들은 국제 바이어를 공격하지 않는 것일까 요?
멋지다 다만 주차장을 뒤로했으면... 아무렴 집인데 좀더 프라이빗한 수영을 할텐데...ㅋㅋㅋ

Every time see this kind of houses with such nice view, the first thing comes to my mind is: Are they going to be blocked by other high-rise buildings in future? Because it always happened in the place I'm living, we even have the risk of reclaiming lands coming up, so not even seafront realestate is safe.

It’s a really nice house and has pretty nice aesthetics but i feel like the kitchen is way too small. I don’t think the second dining area with the enclosed space was necessary... it could’ve been extended into a kitchen as well.

The bedroom in the 3rd floor is very small and so many wasted space. If they are into industrial look they accomplished that perfectly but it’s also have a cold feel it’s needs a few splashes of color in the decoration
