집 구조랑 인테리어는 이 집이 최고인 것 같음.

I have no words.The breakfast bar made out of glass....just wow. The ensuite bathroom is so elegant and sleek .The living room attached to the bedroom... the whole wing can be just one persons.

저집계단이 천국의계단이였군요 집내부 외부 옥상테라스 정말 완벽그자체 오점을찾아볼래야 찾을수없는집 눈요기실컷하고 눈만 더 높아졌습니다^^
바람이 순환하는 집, 숨이 다 탁 트이네요. 옥상 정원 대박입니다. 여름밤에 차가운 맥주 하나 들고 사랑하는 사람들과 두런두런 얘기 나누고 싶네요.
드레스룸과 화장실 욕실이 커서 완전 좋아요
진짜 공감. 울나라 고급하우스보면 집은 큰데 유난히 화장실이나 욕실은 큰평수에 비해 이상스러울정도로 쪼맨한데가 많아서리 ㅎㅎㅎ 개인의 취향이겠지만 기왕 럭셔리하게 살집이라면 진짜 저런 욕실크고 넓적한곳이면 좋다는생각이 많이 듭니다.
마스터 침실 설정에 박수를 보냅니다. 이 단위의 평면도는 와우라고 말합니다. 그 대리석 식탁은 화려하며 연주되는 음악은 장치의 시청을 칭찬합니다. 잘 했어. This is stunning, I applaud the master bedroom setup. The floor plan to this unit makes me say wow. That marble dining table is posh, the music being played compliments the viewing of the unit. Great job.

Not too big not too small.. perfect outdoor space and just modern enough for the rich. Perfect dream house! Plus it has a lot of nature and a view from the terrace too.

집이 진짜 오지네요....
댓글들 보면 가격이 비싸다 하는데 솔직히 이건 어느정도 동감이지만 인테리어에 들어간 가구들 가격들이나
평수 건축에 들어간 비용들 생각하면 마냥 너무하다 말하지 못하는게 저거 식탁만 봐도 가격이 어마무시함...
저런 브랜드의 제품들로 집을 도배했으니 저렴한것도 이상함....
다음은 위치가 말들이 많은데 서울이 아니라서 주변이 이렇다 저렇다 하지만
솔직히 그건 우리가 저정도의 돈이 없어서 그렇게 생각하는건데
만약 내가 저기에 거주하는 수준의 부를 가진다면 솔직히 저기서 강남까지 평균 15에서 30분정도 나오는 거리임
내가 저기에 사는 사람이라면 솔직히
그정도 거리가 부담되는 수준도 아니고
가족들도 각자 차들이 있을거고 기사가 있을지도 모르는 일이라 이동에 불편함이 1도 없을듯.....
오히려 그정도의 재력이라면 답답한 서울보다 어디 보여주기식으로 강남 고급주거에 사는것보다
서울에 접근하기 적당하고 프라이빗하게 지내는게 가능한 저런 한적한 위치가 오히려 만족감이 좋을지도 모르는 일인듯
저기에 주거하는 재력가가
출퇴근 시간에 쫓기는 일반 회사원이라는 생각은 1도 안들고....
시간적 여유나 재력이 충분하니
마냥 우리의 기준으로 생각해서 집값의 등락이나 주변 교통입지를 따진다는게
많이 이상한거임....
60억 집에 살면서 주변에 버스나 지하철을 타야하는데 걱정하고
어디 쇼핑몰 멀다고 생각하는게
비정상...
만약 내가 저정도 집을 구매할정도의 여유가 있다면 최소 고위공직자나 이름있는 전문직 아니면 사업가인데
집에 60억이면 다른건 여유있으니 걱정없고 집값보다는 개인의 만족에서
구매하는 수준의 집이라서 일반인이
트집잡는 수준의 사항들은 집주인에게
1도 문제가 안되는 사항들....
물론 만약 내가 저정도의 능력자라면...
이라는 가정으로 생각한거지만
아마 대부분이 그렇지 않을까요??
집관리 문제는 당연히 메이드와
관리사가 있으니 걱정없겠고
저도 딱 같은 생각 했더랩니다. ^^
근데.. 저 집으로 가는 길 보셨는지;; 상당히 좁기도 하고.. 엉망이던데요;; 저런 집에서 살 사람들이 그런 기본적인것도 무시 할까요?
I’m kkinda confused why 2 kitchen spaces? And why the bedroom is close to the sitting room?
it's not two the other one is for laundry room and the stove was 2 the first is electric and i guess the second one is the stove that has gas that makes them save for electricity.
the second but smaller kitchen is a dirty kitchen, you cook there the meals that take a lot of work and makes a lot of mess. it was put there so that you won't make your main kitchen dirty
In korea women increasingly love second kitchen as mentioned above.

I can see why a mature celebrity couple like BinJin chose this place.
the best design house I've seen in korea and well decorated. But as pratically all houses in korea this one also has to have some flaws. Why the need of those 2 narrowed sitting areas? Id break that wall and make a proper bedroom with dressroom and connect to that hallway full bathroom, to make it a proper suite. That was the only weird thing I found in the house, but I am happy to see a house in korea with good size bathrooms. I thought it was a thing in korea to make small tight bathrooms as if every citizen were small in there. That master bedroom though is a masterpiece.
It can have 2 bedrooms if break that wall and make it a master jr suite, then it is all perfect. But it was 3 years ago so it is probably sold by now.

I think what you saw is sub kitchen has small stove. Check out 7:08 there is the main stove.
