    ISSUES' Skyler Acord shows off the bass gear he uses on tour!
    Who should we film with next?

  • @Ayecie.

    He's one of the few dudes in the scene who actually play their heart out on stage. I don't know what's up with most bands being scared to break a sweat on stage, they look like they're jamming in their bedroom half the time.

      I replied to another request for AJ with the following: "Hopefully AJ's is coming soon. We filmed one, we're just waiting on a final clearance from ISSUES' team that we can post the video. Usually we don't need clearance, but there was a minor detail that needed to be worked out." Keep your fingers crossed that it gets cleared for posting!

    I love how he tricked the camera zoom at 3:25. Didn't even noticed it.

    oof, 135 for G# seems a bit light, even for a 35 inch bass

    • @codyhansonbass
      @codyhansonbass 4 года назад +4

      If you're not playing super fast metal riffs, and play with a relatively light touch, it's fine. Dan briggs from btbam also uses 135 for g# standard.

      As his dad my own pronunciation was always "A-cord" but I let my family pronounce it any way they want! The only downside is that folks tend to spell it "Accord" when hearing.

    WHY IS HE NOT USING THE B7K FOR DISTORTION THAT IS BLASTPHEMY😂

    • @sammcbride6496
      @sammcbride6496 6 лет назад

      That was my first thought lol I use the B7K for distortion and it's one of the most satisfying tones I've heard in my life. That being said, I'll never be half the bassist that Sky is so I can't judge lol
