- Here I discuss the chemical line we use for our carpet cleaning division. The TMF line of chemistry has done really well for us and is a part of the reason we keep our clients satisfied with our service.
Below is links to the cleaners we use and their website if you'd like to try some of their stuff:

TMF products are excellent!
They certainly are. Some of the best customer service as well!
I only use TMF so far, but we only clean tile and grout along with carpet. If we add in wood floor maintenance it may change your a little. TMF’s customer service is also TOP TIER! Loving our new fire pit too!
Agree. I use a different company's stuff for wood cleaning as well.
Are TMF chemicals safe for all carpet fibers or are there certain chemicals for certain fibers? Confused as to which chemicals are safe for what. Me and my husband are planning on starting a carpet cleaning business and been learning all we can. we plan on also taking the IICRC certification course and exam as well.
Most everything is, but they have stuff specifically for wool or fine fabrics. Shoot me an email, and I'll give you a list of the essentials. Bdservices209@gmail.com
@ okay thanks
Amazing Nolan how long dose it take you to clean room
Many variables can come into play, but if it's an average size with just normal soil. I'd say 15-20 minutes.
I clean for a church that has carpet for their meeting and eating area, so it's very dirty and stained with food and dirt. what would you recommend chem wise for cleaning? We are a cleaning company but would like to start getting in to carpet cleaning. Currently only have a Bissell big green machine for extracting as this is the only place we use it for at this time.
I highly suggest upgrading to a portable unit that has at least 500 psi. Unless you plan on cleaning Tile, then you'll want at least 800+ psi. Auto dump out feature would be helpful as well if you can set it up that way. I'm honestly not sure if this chemistry would cause issues with one of those machines. Otherwise most commercial carpets. I'm running four two ounce scoops of Groutmaster, with one to two 2 ounce scoops of Pure o2 in a gallon in-line sprayer. So, in your case. You'd need an electric gallon to 2 gallon sprayer to apply it first. I extract with Black label rinse, or if it's really soiled. I'll use Formula 99. You can find a link in the description to get $20 off your first order with TMF.
I have a large wool carpet to clean about 6500sq. I was told that "rug smack" pre spray with black label rinse was the way to go could what's you opinion?
Turn your heat down quite a bit. Vacuum up and down that rug a ton. I'd use ultimate all fiber, considering it's an acid and wool naturally likes to be around 5.5ph. If you don't have that, the black label rinse should be ok if that's all you have. If it's a hand-made rug, I wouldn't touch it on site. If the colors crock or bleed, you'll be in big trouble. Hope this helps.
Interesting in chemistry I know of some because I watch so many carpet channels lil bit knowledge goes a long way lol 🫶❤️🙌🏻
Thank you for always watching Cynthia! I do appreciate it.
