That scope sold for $400 when it was new. No longer made but still worth $200. Average 452 goes for $500. But that's a Varmit bull barrel which increases the value at least $100. Boyd stock $150. I would say it's worth $950-1000. Looks like it's in very good shape. You got a heck of a deal Nibs.
that looks like a great rifle youv,e got there. C.Z. makes good pistols and even some c/o2 aor pistols. Your,e enjoying the snow also? Merry Christmas!
I'd love to see some high grade rifles like Anschutz 1710 DHB or 1710 DKL's? You should get rid of the barrel takedown screw and only leave the action takedown screws. In most cases the 452 American Sporters shoot way better than the Varmints because they had conventional action bedding only with a free floating barrel. And maybe you would see better through that scope without the dark glasses?
Nice new rifle. Anything CZ is going to be accurate! I'd have to put one of your Discovery Optics on it, at least a 16×. I've got a 9× Leopold with a 56 objective lens, crystal clear but not for tiny targets, just not enough zoom. I'll be shooting a new used rifle today for the first time, we're really excited. Has precision in the name and came with a big ole SHJ4 Arken! Needless to say, Santa must have thought we were very good this year!😅
I was wondering if those first shots were affected by cold barrel syndrome because the last three shots of the first group were almost touching 😊😊 very nice find and it is accurate.. THANKS for sharing..
Great looking rifle & really looked good with the Eley Club. Did the transition lenses do OK or maybe get a little too dark with the snow reflection? Thanks & take care. 🙏👍🎯🇺🇲
What’s it like shooting at the range in the snow? Being in Australia I e never had that experience quite the opposite actually 😂 hottest day I’ve shot at a range was 53 * degrees dunno what that is in Fahrenheit, beautiful stock on the Brno. Yeah definitely not how it come from the factory, I’ve got a Brno mod 2e delux it’s got the factory stock shoots sub moa at 50 if I do my bit ! Great little rifles
Sweat iv got a savage 17hmr with a similar stock the only difference is my stock vented it all ss accura trigger bull and fluted heavy barrel with a Leopold scope thing shoot like a Lazer to about 300yrd 💯👌🫡✌️🥰☃️❄️🌲

CZ’s just are fantastic rifles. Congrats on finding that one. Now throw some real Gucci ammo at it with a good 24x scope! 😊
Already have it set up with some big glass. Tuned the trigger and heading to the range!
@@WalnutandSteel I knew it wouldn't take you long 😁

I like my CZ 457 (.22 Mag) with a Hawke Vantage 3-9x50 scope.
It shoots well at 50 yards.

Nice NIBS uh oh he has a 452 I smell trouble. I have that exact model but changed the thumbhole stock it was way to short for me.
Very nice looking and well kept Cz452, is that a 24” barrel?👍🏽👍🏽
I will have to check. I haven't measured it yet
Yes put a 40 power on it.
Read my mind!
