Bless you and thank you. I started running recently and I'm glad I stumbled across your channel. Before you shared your voice over process, I was admiring your delivery and clarity. Your speech is rhythmic and neutral in tone which I find soothing and much easier to listen to than typical fast-paced, higher-pitched deliveries. I really appreciate the time and effort that you put into it.

Your brutal honesty is refreshing. I wish you look on your journey. Try adding rowing to your regime.

Hi James! I now have a rowing machine! I don't use it as often or as long as my treadmill, but I'm using it!
