That looks really smart, it's the best colour dravit & the silverstone leather is a nice contrast. Going full on red with the leather & the calipers would have been interesting but the Mrs needs to be kept on side I guess 😄
I love that spec, the red brakes look great and that 50th anniversary badge looks special. Also love that 'Dravit Grey' colour aswell. Definitely a good idea. Very special car and gorgeous too. The Ultimate daily driver 10/10
I agree that the seperately opening back window is the best feature of bmw touring models. I have an older 5 series touring and I use that feature all the time!
Congrats on the new car Joe! Curiously it reminds me of your M140i in a way with the darker metallic grey exterior paired up with a brighter interior to elevate the cabin. Very tasteful spec.

Stunning Joe. Top tip though with using Ringo in the UK, or any other public car park, especially in urban areas. The car might not be there on your return. Just one of the joys of living in the UK right now. You can track it though with the new illegal owner. 😉

Since it was a Feb 2022 order (reserved in Aug 2021) the anniversary emblems weren't on the configurator, but since it got delayed, I was able to add them, so i was so excited with that.
Amazing car and I love the configuration of it..great choice! The only 2 things I really don't like are: the 19" front wheels which I would change to 20s, like at the rear, and the rear windshield wiper which looks ugly and kinds of ruins the best angle of the car, which is the back. But apart from that, unreal car! Lucky you Joe! ;-)

For the first time in history BMW did so bad with the Coupe (M4) design, that I'm more excited about M3 Sedan and Estate than M4... G8x M3 is straight up gorgeous from every perspective. Congrats on the car Joe - looking to order one myself next year :D
That's a really smart car I think the carbon seats are the best feature. When I went for our i-Pace I had to get one with the performance seats and I am not disappointed. I hope you have many happy miles of motoring ahead. Drive safe.

Car looks great. My 440 is in Dravit Grey (you would’ve seen it at one of your car runs from Bicester to Caffeine Machine!) and you’re correct - mine’s filthy at the moment and looks very flat but when clean and in the sun, it’s a different story! Tyres - I don’t know why BMW insist on fitting run flats. I’ve just got rid of mine and in a break from the ubiquitous PS4S tyres, I’ve fitted the Continental Sport Contact 7 tyres - what a difference! Superb grip and a vast improvement in both ride and cornering.

Awesome spec Joe, can’t wait to see more videos, love the Silverstone seats. Watching this as I’m waiting for my car to be serviced at my main dealer and just overheard someone ask a sales person if there have been any M3 Tourings in, response was sold a couple but incredibly rare here.
I cannot understand people that go through so many vehicles unless they are car traders or journalists. When I find a vehicle I like I enjoy it for years. What I tend to do is look long and hard at my next vehicle culminating in a test drive, fall in love with it, buy it and enjoy it. I can only think that they get bored with the cars really quick, or they didn’t really like it in the first place but it’s just something different. I suppose I’m one of those people that have their favourite Nike trainers, their favourite wallet or their favourite eatery. Nice looking car though and I do like the rear glass hatch, normally only works if the rear privacy cover is back, used to have one on my V10 Touareg years ago. I wonder if Audi’s RS6 will develop a rear glass hatch if they continue making the RS range.
Love the car and those 50th anniversary badges. Saw them myself for the first time a few weeks ago when my M5 Comp was in for service. Ordered mine immediately 😂
I like the RS4 and RS6 but, Wow that’s a really beautiful looking car especially in that colour. Love the interior. Like you say you probably going to need a packed lunch and a flask of tea or coffee while you sit in the car and figure out everything you can do with the car❤ Some people have said the road noise at 70mph is very noisy. How do you find it?

It is a no cost option. Most people don't get them because you lose the carbon fiber roof.
