Hey DD here's a video idea/suggestion that may be of value to those of your viewers who want a band workout as efficient as possible. For your full body workout videos, create a workout that performs the exercises in the order of the door anchor positions, high, medium and low, vs. by body part. This would require minimal moving around of the bands between exercises. All of those exercises performed from the high anchor position in succession, the low position, etc.
Also, is it possible to keep the bands bundled together on the anchor as a bundle vs. swapping them out between movements, for efficiency?
Keep up the good work. You are a beast and inspiration, Thanks.

So i understand that warmups are good and i di them. But do you ever feel like u might be setting yourself up to injure yourself in real life. Like when you pick up something up heavy.Or kids, groceries helping a friend move a couch or if you just accidentally drop something heavy you have to pick it up. You don’t really do a warm-up before hand. I pretty much do my first set at 50%less
