I use boston simplus solution which r very nice, iam a patient of keretoconus i can't see very well with glasses but with scleral lenses its 20/15vision ehich is better than normal

Should peroxide be used on a daily basis? (scleral user here)
I would use it once a week personally, but if youre getting heavy deposits I dont think its going to mess up the lens too much. I would just watch out for progent if youre using something with hydrapeg. you're supposed to only use it once a week, max and can only keep it in the solution for 30 minutes max, otherwise it can damage the lens
Can I fill my Scleral lense with Biotrue? I use the hydrogen peroxide solution to clean them overnight... But the regular salient solution always gives me problems putting in my lens giving me bubbles ... And I feel like it also doesn't moisturize enough
Hi, optometrist here! I don't recommend filling with BioTrue as it contains preservatives meant to disinfect lenses. Only fill the lens for insertion with preservative free saline. Hope this helps!
If you soak the lenses in the Boston simplus for less than 4 hours, can you directly put them back into the eye with saline without it burning or we have to throughly clean the Boston simplus solution off the lense?
id be more worried about the lens not being properly disinfected at that point
