I'm an early packer too, the last time I had to stay in the hospital I brought 4 bags worth of stuff lol. I brought all my hobby activities, books, music, and some food because outside fruit I can't stand hospital food and I was there for 7 weeks. I still got so bored seeing nothing but the same floor and faces but at least I got some of the best nurses they always were so prompt with all my medications. I ended up watching a lot of TV at 2 in the morning 😔😴 melatonin doesn't work on me.
I hope your surgery and recovery go well and that your test results were just a fluke. 🙃😃

Lea, I repacked my bag and changed to a backpack!! Everything fits but just!! I took out two of the books, I figure I can use my iPad for anything else.
I know my boyfriend will sleep well in the hospital since he can sleep anywhere (part of being in the military, I think they teach you how to fall asleep at the drop of a hat). But I tend to wake up when people try to be quiet, if someone comes in stomping around I am dead to the world.
I am seriously missing my melatonin, it’s almost midnight, I have been in bed since 7:30. I got two hours last night and have yet to be tired. The boyfriend is still gone so I don’t HAVE to be quiet. Maybe tomorrow.
As for the testing, it makes me nervous but I am thinking I have a lot going on and it will return to normal when they test it on surgery day. My mother was instantly terrified, my stepdad urges me to cancel, but I thanked them for their concern. If I was in serious danger, surgery would be cancelled.
