As a fellow youtuber, I see a lot of peope trying to do this, but it seems to come down to the business model/ channel niche and the quality / usefulness of the videos more than anything else.
Faceless videos still work really great for me on my second channel. I mean, I am just small content creator and I work really hard (I also use a little bit of famester, but that's a necessity nowadays). I just give all my videos small initial boost, and that caused them to spread literally everywhere, bringing more and more organic views day after day.
That's interesting! We've never used anything like Famester before, as that sounds super risky for bigger channels that can't afford to get their channel suspended or closed down for fraudulent views
Hey startup , really nice video ! I was wondering if I could help you with more Quality Editing in your videos and also make a highly engaging Thumbnail and also help you with the overall youtube strategy and growth ! Pls let me know what do you think ?
Faceless channels. Is this something we should do only on YT? Could we do this on Instagram also? I know we can go thru all the posting etc, meet the criteria to be monetized and still be denied by YT.. … So I know there are other ways to get paid, as you mentioned, affiliate stuff, etc etc etc.. so if a person is not focused on being monetized, just creating content, posting, building a following, and affiliate etc etc etc…. Could a person do the same thing on IG? The potential to grow and be successful there?
Great question! This is definitely something you can do on any platform, but RUclips has the biggest potential due to the significantly higher CPMs, higher engaged audience, and ability to capture more organic traffic. RUclips is the 2nd largest search engine, and it's the biggest spot for video content, while Instagram is more of a social network for people to share shorter videos with their friends. If I were just starting out, I would focus on long form RUclips and repurpose everything into TikToks/IG Reels/Facebook Reels/Snapchat/etc. for maximum reach
