I always have 2 questions at a bar before ordering a mojito: do you properly move the spearmint leaves around without crushing them (all aroma, no vegetable taste) and, can you make it with tequila, please?

Try demerara sugar or simple syrup. Then try some Flor De Cana gold rum. I had to substitute, and those made the best darn mojito.
