An absolute UNIT! Also, word to the wise: backcountry on a full-suspension bike will make that setup difficult.

There's actually a lot of clearance with the Terrapin. Unless you have a very small frame, it should give you plenty of room for movement on most full suspension bikes.

@@DanBaileyPhoto Fair point. Very fair. Realized I'm using my short-statured wife on her Trek setup for a reference. (Blaming it on the King Street!)

@@DanBaileyPhoto I will, however, die on the hard-tail hill. ;-)

I just got this bag so found this very helpful. Thanks very much.

I can attest, the Terrapin is an extremely useful piece of gear, whether you're doing a multi day trip, a long distance MBK race, or just a sweet cross country ride.

What is the minimum space of the seat tube to be able to install the bag?

Does this bag work well with most suspension seatpost? I saw the extension strap for the Cane Creek Thudbuster on the website but this video shows install without an additional strap. Is this seatpost the eeSilk?

I use this bag with my Cane Creek eeSilk+, bit tight underneath the saddle (WTB also) but works straight away, nothing additional needed
