How are you able to pull a shot without actually tamping? Are you using a pressurized basket?

Also since your not measuring how many grams what is your recipe grams in grams out ? How do you ensure accuracy?

But it depends sir if your ground size is courser then you have to tamp hard ☺️ i have noticed that if you will tamp hard your espresso will burn that is why some time i do light tamp

Is there any reason you're using two milk mugs...for making the cappuccino isn't just one mug enough?

Good question! Actually we need to transfer the milk into another mug to keep the good texture and it also help you to pour clean latte art 😊 thank you 🙏
