I know her for doctor who, but I didnt thought she had this thick Scottish accent on the show. But I'm not a native english speaker, maybe that's why I didnt notice the Scottish accent

The fact that she remembered the name of her stunt double for Ruby Roundhouse, and also talked so highly of her is honestly awesome to see

I love how she speaks of Doctor Who and how it really opened doors for her. Its such an amazing show and would love to see her return for an episode or 2.

@@franhereiam Karen Gillan did voice Nebula in episode 2 of What If? (T'CHalla became a Star-Lord) and she had a little part in Episode 7 (Thor were and only child), so I'm surprised she didn't remember that, when reading the What if statement

I just love how she still has so much love for doctor who even after all these years. Some actors can get burnt out of roles but I think she played amy for the perfect amount of time

Just because we loved the actors of the characters doesn't mean no one could do better.
Just think of Tobey as Spiderman, Keaton as Batman, Reeves as Superman, Heath as Joker, etc. They were great at their role, but the actors played the same characters after them were great as well. Andrew, Affleck, Cavil, Joaquin

I still remember that Van Gogh episode on Doctor Who, it was so wholesome! The episode ended with Van Gogh getting to see how much people love his artwork in the modern day, giving him some comfort and reassurance about his struggling art career in his own time.
Karen Gillan's natural accent should feature in more films.

She made a film called 'The Circle' back in 2017 in which she speaks with her own Scottish (Inverness) accent. The film was really panned when it came out, but I think she was really good in it.

I’m rewatching Doctor Who and I’ll still probably skip “Angels Take Manhattan”-totally made me cry when it first came out. Eleven and the Ponds were “the first face this face saw” so to speak so they were the first companions I had to watch leave and Who knows how to make those endings hurt. 💔

The funny thing I think people don't realize is that she's 6foot tall and as tall as most American men but they don't show off her height in most movies/shows she's in. Honestly one of my favorite parts about her (second to her accent!).

And then she said Arthur Darvill's surname in an American accent. There's certainly twinges of it in there since she started making Hollywood movies.
I first saw Karen in the UK sketch show Kevin Bishop back in the early 2000's which was amazing but sadly only lasted 2 seasons. I watched Gunpower Milkshake last night actually and really enjoyed it, would love to see a sequel. I didn't realise how tall Karen was she towers over the rest of the cast. Would love to see her in a James Bond style spy movie.
