All that darkness being bottled up inside, hidden by childlike joy; and then, when someone smashes that bottle, eleven could've scared away a weeping angel.
Ten is my Doctor. But to me Eleven is THE Doctor, because he was so capable of seeming ancient and young at the same time. The Rings of Ahketan Speech is a great example. Joyous but with the ancient undercurrents.
Has anyone noticed Elevens clothes matched his companions? With Amy, he wore slacks that were too short, shoes that looked to be a few years old, a scruffy Tweed jacket, and his hair was always partially styled; this was because he was Amy's Raggedy Doctor. With Clara, he wore a proper suit and shoes, his hair was properly styled, and he had an air of sophistication about him; this was because he was Clara's Clever Boy. The TARDIS also followed this by being brightly colored, with wonky staircases and odd controls during the Ponds' stay to reflect the Doctor's new found role as the goofy tour guide of the universe, but was dark, angular, and very stiff while Clara was on board, showing a broken man who has lost the only companions who truly saw him as not a ticket to wonders never seen, but as a true member of their family.
Every single time I watch Tennant I'm like "Yup, he's my favorite" and then I watch Matt and I CANNOT CHOOSE. They're both so fantastic. Can I just choose both?

This is the best video I could find to watch as my last video of 2022 and I just love the 11th doctor!
Someone should edit a whole song out of 11 playing the big egg rock thing as a drum
That “big egg rock thing” is an alien ship owned by an alien surgeon who helped a town called Mercy.
He’s such a goofy guy this is making want to rewatch it 😂😂😂
River Song being iconic next??
YES!!!!!!!!
Never understood why people don’t like river I think she’s brilliant!
@@H_a_n842 Completely agree, she's one of my fave characters😁
@@H_a_n842 Hello. River Song disliker here. I think my main problem in her is how I first encountered her. When I first saw her on screen I watched the show in my native language (German) where her voice is imo very annoying and since then I can't get over it.
That would be every one of her scenes
Matt Smith was always my favourite doctor as he acted childish while also being serious which was always entertaining.
5:38
11: *wHaT aRe yOu dOiNg dOwN tHeREeeeEee?*
I always laugh so hard at this one 😂
i love him so much, the intense moments when he out-smarts them, its so cool and dramatic.
“Dad I’m thirty one I don’t have a Christmas list anymore”
*”I DO”*
8:23 Daemon Targaryen hatching dragons like
10:05: Ser Davos and the one true king 🤴
Titlte:" *11* being iconic for *11 minutes* straight"
Me:"The title being iconic since the dawn of time"
“Get a girlfriend jeff”
OH TO REPLAY AND SEE WITH MY EYES
Severe lack of "I'll always remember when the Doctor was me."
Matt Smith was the best doctor out of them all. Prove me wrong!
The Doctor: Oi! You! Are you science-y?
Osgood: Oh! Um, well um, yes.
The Doctor: Got a name?
Osgood: Yes.
The Doctor: Good. I’ve always wanted to meet someone called Yes. Now, I want this stone dust analyzed. And I want a report. In triplicate. With lots of graphs. And diagrams. And complicated sums. On my desk. Tomorrow morning. ASAP. Pronto. LOL. See? Job! Do I have a desk?
Kate Stewart: No.
The Doctor: And I want a desk.
7:33 says the one who told David "ohhh yeahhhh u never do do u" because David said he doesnt like matt's new tardis decoration
I love it! Not just the funny bits but the iconically funny bits. Good work!
I've never fallen in love with a doctor as quickly as I did with 11....the moment he did the "hello I'm the doctor...basically run" I was hooked on him
