    I love the unfinished shacks. A semi-dilapidated 80's house in considered a luxury out there. I like the austere beauty of Yukon.

    I don't remember anything but a Lodge being there in 1965. Right on the river.

    I’m reading The Wildfire season by Andrew Pyper. The video is adding to my idea of the place as I read the story. Would love to visit one day.
    I imagined it surrounded by a thicker forest without all the empty patches of grey. Has it been cut by forestry or was it burned by wildfires?

    Have jobs in youkon ?

      They have all kinds of jobs. The cost of housing is high though. You could make it there, no problem. Most foreigners want to live in Toronto or Vancouver. Once Canada stops panicking over "COVID," tourism will resume in Yukon.
