My great grandma was born in the 1910s and had a doll like the first one. She then gave it my grandma as a Christmas present on her 12th birthday. My grandma took it with her and stored it away in her house and forgot about it. My great grandma died at around 1992 I think. Then in 2014 my grandmas sister died and she was going through things trying to find photos of her sister and found the doll. It was a really nice doll, had a really pretty outfit with a lace dress and ribbons. The hair was a bit tangled but it got cleaned up nice. Honestly, I was too young to really appreciate the history of the doll, nearly 100 years old and I just.. didn’t care about it at all. The doll ended up getting thrown out since I didn’t care about it and my mum probably just thought it was some random toy and I was too old for it (she didn’t know I was gifted the doll since I played with it so little). I still feel bad about it to this day, my grandma doesn’t know what happened to it, maybe she still thinks it’s around the house somewhere, I don’t know. I thought so too. Why did they make the really old dolls looks so creepy? If I were a little girl again, I wouldn't want to play with them or even keep them in my room. I would've probably thrown them in the garbage or in the fireplace.

And the old Barbie dolls look sooo weird but I kinda like it 👌
I thought so too. Why did they make the really old dolls looks so creepy? If I were a little girl again, I wouldn't want to play with them or even keep them in my room. I would've probably thrown them in the garbage or in the fireplace.
Does anyone remember gumby it was standing near that creepy doll
Sherif Woody is my favourite toy! :3
Lol I had bought the 1970s dollhouse from a thrift shop when I was a like 10 in the 2000s. Loved that thing.

LEGO?
My favorite toys are 1910s, and 1980s toys. I love doll babies and stuffed animal toys, they are comforting toys.
