Ariels dirty laundry was a professional calculated decision Ariel made to release the info full knowing what would happened then play the victim card afterwards to gain sympathy, I mean the amount of fans that fall for his routine is amazing, Brendans and callens dirty laundry made get them fired or break up marriages that’s the difference, ariels bed is made nothing changes either way.
This apology was forced upon schaub by showtime I doubt if they didn’t pressure him to end this beef he wouldn’t fire back at the weasel, he has a family to feed Ariel couldn’t care less

Looking back at all of this silliness is almost impossible not to laugh at. Brendan floated out a bunch of stuff about Ariel, without even mentioning him by name despite how obvious it was who he speaking about, while supposedly pointing out how easy it was to know none of it was true in the clip. And he didn’t make anything close to an effort at owning up to anything or apologizing until Ariel dragged him first and made veiled threats to expose stuff on him if he didn’t come out and apologize like he’d said he would. And when he finally does it was this fake illusion of an apology where he tried to justify everything like asking if Ariel ever spoke about the UFC events when Ariel spoke in detail about his side of things a couple days after it happened and has spoken about it a ton of times over the years so the curiosity about if he’d m spoken about it was either lying or a demonstration that he was so incompetent and uninformed that it was even possible to not know. In the end he would’ve had bigger balls to just have chosen not to apologize over the fake apology he went with but Brendan has never been confused for a guy with interpersonal intelligence so it wasn’t shocking
