I love the last track in this video, but it is different than the link provided here. Would you provide the link? "I've been praying through the evening..." Thanks!
to anyone interested, it took some digging on google and spotify, but I was able to find the song. It's called Lost Without You. The artist is Duty Division and Sebastian Forslund
Do your kids know how lucky they are , having parents like you. Not just because of the travel. You remind me of people on a endless honeymoon. I love seeing the love in this family.
FYI....You have the most beautiful family, and the two of you, the way you look at each other with such respect and admiration. You set the bar for relationships and family. Nothing but respect to you and your family.
Trish's faces are killing me! I love them!!! We have an 11 year old boy and a 15 year old girl... SOOOOOO feel you on the "lets get going" thing. I feel like I spend half the day waiting!! I love how you get everyone in your group talking on the camera... my gang isn't as chatty in front of the camera... or it is all complaining. (who wants to listen to that!??) Ha ha ha...
Living in Edmonton, Alberta we are blessed to be able to visit Banff/Lake Louise/Jasper every year! We are NEVER tired of the beauty!!!!! My soul sings when I am in the mountains! Hopefully you were able to drive from Banff to Jasper- the most beautiful drive in the world!!
I had the opportunity to stay at Chateau Lake Louise a few years ago. The beauty of the lake just after dawn brought me to tears it was so amazing. Crystal clear and totally reflecting the mountains surrounding it. There were no words.
If ever there was a place I want to take my family, it has got to be Banff National Park. If its even half as gorgeous as you captured, it will be truly amazing.
Lake Looweez is a bueatiful place. When I was young, the glacier at the end of the lake came right down to the water and you could walk on it. Banff is one of the jewels 💎 of Canada!! I am glad u and the family enjoyed the trip experience.
You genuinely have no idea how hard I laughed at Calebs shoe joke on the drift wood. I know we, as viewers, only get to see a slither of your life on the road but I hope so much everything is as much fun for you.....as you portray in these videos. The chemistry with you guys as a unit/family combined with the photography and cinematography....... Thank you......Thank you.....thank you!
Banff and Lake Louise and Jasper, Alberta are the best places to really just go off grid even if its for a daytrip. Fantastic views of mountains, lakes, waterfalls and wildlife. I have been so many times and it never ceases to amaze me. Loved the video
Beautyful area, great video. We went there 2006, in April/May. Not crowded at all. We went to Pytoo lake. Road still covered with snow at that time of the year, hiked up to the view point. Been there all alone, sunshine, warm. It was awesome. The view, the frozen lake....was one of the best spots during our trip.
I have been Banff Twice. Once was before they built the tunnels. The next we came back they had built them. They are overpass for animals to cross saftey. Banff is an amazing place.
It's so much fun to sit on your dashboard and watch your family interact. I live four hours from Banff and appreciate the reminder how beautiful it is. I love how you pronounce Lake Louise as Lake Loooeeessss. We pronounce it Lake Loueeezzzz. Lol. So glad you enjoyed my backyard and were treated well. safe travels to you all.
Glad to see you were able to capture the beauty of Banff and Lake Louise for all to enjoy. One of the nice things about living in Calgary is the diverse country side. One minute you are driving through farmland and the next minute you're surrounded by mountains. Great job on the video!
We noticed all the farmland on our way to Calgary and couldn't believe it. Then we realized how flat the land is right next to the Sierras. Amazing country.
Just started watching your vids, because your dad is such a salesman up here in Lake Tahoe. We have a Ram 3500 dually that can pull 31,500 pounds and have a 42' 5th wheel with 5 slide outs, and we have done about 25k miles in the last 1-1/2 seasons. This season we are doing a San Diego trip, and a Canada trip, and an East Coast trip. We will watch all of your videos to get tips, even though our kids are on their own, and we are just the two of us, and our two Golden Retrievers!
Love the episode! Sat and watched tonight with the Mrs. and kids. Great fun to re-live a part of our RV honeymoon trek around the northwest and share stories with the kids. We loved Banff 18yrs ago and again tonight!
Went camping at Banff and Lake Louise when I was a little kid; your video brought back just how beautiful it really is. I want to go back and visit.....soon..... maybe next time pulling a travel trailer. Awesome video as usual!
We live in Boise, Idaho, and some friends of ours HIGHLY recommended going to Banff - we are taking a trip up there this summer in our fifth wheel, and this is so helpful!! Thank you for the smiles - your whole family is so cool!
Take the Parkway north to Jasper, be sure to stop at the Columbia Ice Fields on the way. While in the jasper area be sure to hike some of the trails. Simply Amazing.
We live around 2 hrs away from Lake Louise and have been several times, summer time is a beautiful time of the year to visit but winter at the lake is also an amazing time as well. It’s a very special place for sure
Haha, I'm learning so much. I learned that you should always lock your tow hitch or else someone will steal it. Also, gas is very expensive. So are replacement tow hitches. :)
DancesWithBears so they didn't take your whole trailer, the hitch wasn't attached to your trailer? I bought an item called a Tough Auto Lock off of Amazon. It's better than nothing.
Caleb's hair gel, Carson's back pack, Tori's coffee shop, Tricia skilled driving, Marc's photo skills. O, and then the beauty of Banff. Once again great video. I do enjoy them very much. Keep the rubber on the road.
Keep Your Daydream If you are still in Canada check out the Prince of Whales lodge and lake in Waterton area on your way back to the state's well worth the time.
Every time I watch another segment, I think, "THIS is my favorite one now". But WOW, Lake Louise!!! Unreal. Hope to see it for myself one day, thanks so much to y'all!
It is too bad that you were driving through the Rockies during our worst forest fires ever! Please come back in late spring and also be sure to do the Banff-Jasper highway. It is absolutely spectacular and be sure to go back to Banff again when you are done, as the scenery on the way back seems dramatically different than it was on the way north. Also worth heading to Rocky Mountain House if you have time. Love your videos!
Can’t wait to show this to my husband. We were there 2 years ago and had the same experience. So love your videos. This brought back such a happy memory. Thanks you guys. ❤️❤️
Next time you visit another must do is Emerald Lake BC. Not too far from Banff. That to me is heaven. Spiral tunnel is cool too. Enjoy our beautiful country. Great job showing it!
I went on a road trip from Winnipeg to Banff, jasper the. To Vancouver. I only planned on a couple hours but ended up being there al day because it just so stunning. It's an amazingly beautiful place.
The fact that you’re a redhead named Marc makes you so cool, since I’m a redhead named Mark. Always beautiful scenery. Beautiful family and always entertaining and educational!!
Ahhh we are doing it! We are about to purchase a 1984 24’ jamboree and begin our full time RV life! So nervous about how little we know but so excited to cut cost, live simply, and start this next adventure! Thanks for sharing your story and making this lifestyle so accessible!
It's so cool to see Johnston Canyon from someone else's perspective. My grandparents started that place in 1927 and has been owned by my family since then ❤️ It was my playground growing up!
The first time I was at the Chateau Lake Louise was in late August, 1971, on my way to Fairbanks. I do not remember it being called the Fairmont. The ice fields further north in Jasper were amazing, too. Wonderful documentaries you folks put out.
Wonderful overview of a spectacular location. Banff was already on our list, it just moved up the list a bunch of notches. Nice family, fun to watch. Thank you for sharing.
I Love your videos. Your fam is awesome. Every video that I watch makes me more excited to buy the trailer that we have been looking at for months. Once I sell my classic Mustang I will be getting a trailer. I have every other Friday off and I can't wait to start getting out and seeing more and more. My parents Live in Tucson and there is a place close to there that in the evening just at sunset that hundreds of thousands of bats leave a cave. I have not seen it but I can't wait to you might want to look into that, Keep up the great work on the videos. I look forward to them every week.
the mountain to the right is Fairview mountain, and the view is absolutely other worldly up there and a great hike. if you guys ever come back to my backyard.
Have watched your videos in the past and came across this one about Banff which was very well done and informative. We bought our 37ft 5th wheel last year and took a 6 week trip southwest to Arizona and Utah. Today we are planning a spring trip and in early fall planing trip up Northwest coast heading to Banff. On this trip we will have no time limit so we're planing to just travel where ever are desires take us! I will take all the tips I can get so thanks for your videos and keep sharing.
Love, Love, Love Lake Louise! Thank you for sharing your journey! We went there in 2000 with our kids. It was a terrific experience! By the way, we did it for free! :D. We packed a picnic lunch, hiked up to the tea house with our Golden Retriever and had a wonderful time! I hope you planned on bicycling on some of the trails out of the Banff Springs Hotel. They were awesome!
We picked up our first travel trailer this week and have to thank you for the inspiration. We were planning on putting it off until next year but realized that we could do it now.
AWESOME!! Been to Banff many times, but it is so cool seeing if from a different perspective!! This is without a doubt one of my favourite videos and places to go :) Well done, Marc!
Many people have asked for the last song in this video. Here you go :) soundcloud.com/broke-for-free/lou-reed-the-velvet

Do you have a ling to the last track in the video?
to anyone interested, it took some digging on google and spotify, but I was able to find the song. It's called Lost Without You. The artist is Duty Division and Sebastian Forslund
We are blessed in Canada to have such natural beauty. Sometimes I think we take it for granted. Thanks for the reminder from the eyes of traveller.
I thought Banff was the most beautiful place in the world as a child and now I see I was right. Great bear footage too. Cheryl
Do your kids know how lucky they are , having parents like you. Not just because of the travel. You remind me of people on a endless honeymoon. I love seeing the love in this family.

The stroll up Banff Avenue in Banff looking at the mountain at the end of the street, is one of the wonderous sights in Canada.

Amazing video of Banff. Definitely on our bucket list. Love your choice of music.
I thought The Grand Tetons and Yellowstone and Glacier National Park were unbelievable but Banff appears even more beautiful.
Jon Dickinson Hard to compare beauty, but we do love parks that are grand like Banff, Zion and Yosemite. Reminds us how amazing the earth is.
Wonderful overview of a spectacular location. Banff was already on our list, it just moved up the list a bunch of notches. Nice family, fun to watch. Thank you for sharing.
Thanks George. You won't be disappointed!
