    Your videos inspire me so much! With just the right amount of humor sprinkled throughout, along with a sincere concern for safety and using training to protect yourself from injury. That’s what makes an amazing trainer, and that’s what keeps me coming back for more. Thank you, Wanhee!

    I actually just found you’re channel and holy moly! I’am so thankful I did. I’ve been trying to work on my lean and get abs!. I eat pretty much high protein. I used to eat 6 eggs. I thought it was too many. I’m eating 3 with avocado. I go walking as much as I can. Between 12’000 to 18’ 000. While fasting. I usually eat two meals. I do high carb with low carb. After my long walk to lift weights with some abs exercise. Someday yoga. I’ve never tried or bought protein powder

    i think the assisted pull ups are helpful if you are on the heavier side and can focus on your full pull up form and then take off weight from the assistance over time. it’s been working for me

    • @snail8904
      @snail8904 Год назад +1

      Yeah that's normal it's a mix of fats and lean muscle that you looked puffy and that's where diet and your genetics comes in

    Pretty sure that as long as you go to failure between 6 to 30 reps, you primarily train for hypertrophy.

    • @Tren2183
      @Tren2183 Год назад

      Training to failure doesn’t increase hypertrophy you want to usually leave an RIR of 2

      try doing negatives for low reps and high amount of sets with minimal rest in between sets, like 1 minute or less and I'd recommend you to be strict with the rest time and set a timer. for example try to set a goal of 3 sets of 10 reps with 1 minute rest, and add a set each week until you can achieve the 10 sets of 3, then add 1 rep and reduce the amount of sets you're doing until you can do 10 sets of 4, repeat with 5. You can also experiment decreasing the rest time to make it harder. At that point you should already be strong enough to do your first pull up or more. if you can do 3 pull ups then repeat and fill with negatives to further exhaust your back

      no build up to one. If ur perhaps too fat to do pull ups do seated pull downs. Then try assisted pulls up. Then band assisted pulls ups. And then finally pulls ups. Then keep on adding weight

      Focus on doing the movement with the strength that your chest has for pulling your arms together, kind of like pushing with scissors.

    I agree with the back muscle somehow standing out the most. Had some guy compliment my back muscles of all things after a one night stand. Maybe because he was looking at it the most? Dunno. But back muscles seem to be a thing.
