I have to say that Wanhee has truly helped me in so many ways - not just prepping for an effective workout, but also noting the emotional psychology that goes into natural fitness. It’s so connected to the right mindset, and imagining what your body can do. Thank you for sharing HEALTH and strength, not supplements and comparisons.

This is true, I am so obsessed putting so much weight on my barbell curls before. I am 72kg, 5'9 of height and I'm curling more than a little half of my bodyweight. I haven't seen so much difference within a year, but when I started to incorporate bodyweight training on my routine (weighted dips, weighted chinups/pullups), I noticed that my arms grew and it looks more densed. Get your weighted chinups to 80 lbs and rep it within 6-8 range. For triceps I do heavy dips. Getting strong in 6-8 rep range for compound movements really works for me. I do upper/body split 3x a week only

Another banger👍👍👍 Getting stronger in the 6-8 rep ranges in the compound exercises is a foundation to getting bigger arms. Just adding in couple arm exercises at the end is enough.

    • @wanheekim

Sorry man but this is not a solution for all. I used to do pushups, pullups, chinups and benchpress a lot, you know what I got now? A massive chest and huge broad shoulders and lanky arms like a person who doesn't lift. I even find it surprising looking at the mirrors how I'm one of the widest guys in the gym, and at the same time the one with the thinnest arms there.
So don't fall for the old compound lift myth. If your arms have shit genetics, compound lifts will just emphasize the disproportion of your arms to your body even more.

There is one God, who created Heaven and Earth. He made us in His image and likeness. He made us to worship and we chose to rebel against God. As a result we are seperated from God but God didn’t leave us. Instead God sent His one and only Son, His Son is Jesus. He was born of a virgin and lived a life without sin, though He was tempted in every way as we are. He went on the cross and He willingly took our sins past, present and future. Jesus died in my place for my sins, paying my debt to God and purchasing my salvation. Jesus died but He rose on the third day victory over satan, sin, demons and hell. Jesus tells us to share this story of the Good News and there’s a God that lovingly pursues us. Jesus is coming to judge the living and the dead and those who trust in God will forever be with Him in His Kingdom and those who do not will suffer forever in hell.
