I have to say that Wanhee has truly helped me in so many ways - not just prepping for an effective workout, but also noting the emotional psychology that goes into natural fitness. It’s so connected to the right mindset, and imagining what your body can do. Thank you for sharing HEALTH and strength, not supplements and comparisons.
I wanted to say thank you Wanhee. I am so glad to follow somebody who provides concise information and doesn't feed into body dysmorphia or other such nonsense. You are very respectful with your delivery and this has really helped me with the philosophy of my workouts.
This is true, I am so obsessed putting so much weight on my barbell curls before. I am 72kg, 5'9 of height and I'm curling more than a little half of my bodyweight. I haven't seen so much difference within a year, but when I started to incorporate bodyweight training on my routine (weighted dips, weighted chinups/pullups), I noticed that my arms grew and it looks more densed. Get your weighted chinups to 80 lbs and rep it within 6-8 range. For triceps I do heavy dips. Getting strong in 6-8 rep range for compound movements really works for me. I do upper/body split 3x a week only
Another banger👍👍👍 Getting stronger in the 6-8 rep ranges in the compound exercises is a foundation to getting bigger arms. Just adding in couple arm exercises at the end is enough.
I found myself watching and listening to you everyday. You are the voice that I needed for motivation. I am looking forward to a new me. Thank you for what you do❤️
Hey man, just wanted to say I love your approach to nutrition and it has really helped me start to hold myself accountable while cutting. Love the mentality of using high volume and high fiber foods to stay full, what an awesome life hack.
New to your channel. Really like your honest videos. Great down to earth videos with an honest and likable dude. Also great to see someone showing what is attainable and maintainable as a natural unlike most that clearly are not natural. Keep up the awesome work
Doing lat pull downs with wide arm grip have my arms some definition but using the assisted pullup machine made them freaking massive compared to anything else I've tried
Hey Wanhee, I’ve been watching your videos for a while now and I really like your fitness concepts. I wonder if you could do a video for the ladies out there who wants to get lean and toned? Thx
Hi, how much of low intensity cardio (walking i.e.) is enough after workout exercises if you train 3-4 days in a week in order to loose fat and build muscle?
Hey I'd like to ask if you have any advice when progressively overloading, for occasions when sometimes it feels like you can't get that last extra 1 rep in to be able to say you did a bit more than last time, or maybe even less on some tragic occasions.
It can be really incremental. You might get one rep more in another exercise on the third set (that might be the only change). But it's still more. That's enough. Keep going
It was the opposite for me somehow. Getting strong at the compounds kept my arms lagging. I got into amateur arm-wrestling and started doing movements like finger curls, hammer curls, heavy partial dumbbell curls etc. Arms have since grown by two inches and crossed 15 inches in width.
@@SonGoku5363 I can never seem to do it long enough I am pretty lean everywhere else except there and it ruins the proportions of my back thinking to get the fat sucked out with lipo ngl

@@gm836 I forgot about this comment. Yes I think I did, I added weighted calisthenics to my routine (mostly pull-ups) and active cardio. And I maintain
ryan humiston’s approach to arm building pretty much goes exactly against your approach, since he advocates light weight and high reps with lots of sets (esp with isolation exercises). atp i’m confused on the best method for hypertrophy
Love the content! But is it true that if you want to gain weight and muscle obviously, and you are below 15 % bf, you should train with weights, do cardio (especially going upstairs helps a lot), and eat at a caloric surplus (protein, health food etc)? Thanks again;)
Sorry man but this is not a solution for all. I used to do pushups, pullups, chinups and benchpress a lot, you know what I got now? A massive chest and huge broad shoulders and lanky arms like a person who doesn't lift. I even find it surprising looking at the mirrors how I'm one of the widest guys in the gym, and at the same time the one with the thinnest arms there. So don't fall for the old compound lift myth. If your arms have shit genetics, compound lifts will just emphasize the disproportion of your arms to your body even more.
There is one God, who created Heaven and Earth. He made us in His image and likeness. He made us to worship and we chose to rebel against God. As a result we are seperated from God but God didn’t leave us. Instead God sent His one and only Son, His Son is Jesus. He was born of a virgin and lived a life without sin, though He was tempted in every way as we are. He went on the cross and He willingly took our sins past, present and future. Jesus died in my place for my sins, paying my debt to God and purchasing my salvation. Jesus died but He rose on the third day victory over satan, sin, demons and hell. Jesus tells us to share this story of the Good News and there’s a God that lovingly pursues us. Jesus is coming to judge the living and the dead and those who trust in God will forever be with Him in His Kingdom and those who do not will suffer forever in hell.

Could you make a video on how to properly do certain exercises, like for example the exercises that you had in your free workout routines
It's part of my bodyweight program!
Amazing video, thank you! Could you please do a video on how you prevent injuries? I am a beginner and recently got elbow pain! Horrible! Thank you ;)

Nice!
Exercise in the morning, before your brain figures out what you’re doing.
Any idea on how to focus on the long head of the triceps without weights at the caliesthenics parc?
The press up variations all hit the tricep in their entirety. But you might get a bag and do overhead extensions.

Second. My forearm is the skinny part. Biceps and triceps are fine.
Fr, my forearms are lacking😢 the grip strengtheners aren’t enough
thats just genetics. Same here. You can get them bigger to a point but if you dont have a lot of natural muscle fibers there theyll never be big

what’s this guys workout routine or a similar one he makes videos but never says his split

what is the ideal range of body fat percentage for lean body?!
What supplements do you use bro?
bro can u do a video on exactly how u lost lower back fat

i reckon i have a genetic predisposition to only store fat there its literally disproportionate to the rest of my body
