Good job Mike. Aluminum foil and a bowl of water for cleaning the chrome. And a lot of elbow grease. Great video

Appreciate the tips man! Some of the spots on this one are way past aluminum foil though. I’ll probably have to sand it and just deal with the scuffs. Or find better condition ones.

Well done Mike. I don't know if I could've gone a third of the way you have. Safe riding on the goldwing

Thank you my friend. I got out on the Bollywood Bruiser this evening for a while. I missed that one. Such a fun bike.
I’m getting the Goldwing prepped to get it on the open road soon.

Thank you! About that Lucas… I’ve only ever used their oil treatment I think. Is this what you’re referring to?

Mike. The white smoke and sputtering is probably due to a vacuum leak. Usually a hose. Congrats. You get to take all that shit back off.

I noticed that you are putting premium in both of your bikes. Both are designed to use regular. High octane is for high compression engines of which neither the RE nor GW are. There are plenty of vids on You Tube that explain this in greater detail. Save your money.

I know my area there’s pumps around here that only have ethanol free on the premium pump.
So ya it might not make a difference besides price but the fact it’s ethanol free we spend the extra money here.
