Because I've seen people asking about the second comic and "why is Bill blue, what's wrong with him," etc., here ya go (I typed this out in response to another comment, but the info is still the same, also this took me like 30 mins to write and think up, soo...yeah, you're welcome): Premise of the second comic's universe ("Reverse Falls"), this is all written out from memory and remember, there is no "one" story, so all information is gathered form different stories that I myself have read, and pieced together: The blue demon you see in the second comic, is Will- basically reverse Bill (but many prefer the idea that Will and Bill are twins). The "Dipper" and "Mabel" you see there are not the "sweet, loving Pines'" you see in the regular show. No, they are from the hugely popular (I'd go so far as to say most popular) Alternate Universe (AU) of Reverse Falls, a role reversal of Gravity Falls. The two you see there, are actually Mabel Gleeful and Mason Gleeful (yes, they're swapped with Gideon and Pacifica, so Gideon Gleeful is now Gideon Pines and Pacifica Northwest is now Pacifica Southeast- those two are cousins, or just friends it depends on the story). They are two (basically evil, I guess) twins who run the Tent of Telepathy, and are "looked after" by Stanford Gleeful, who is their (also evil) Great-Uncle. They are enemies with Pacifica and Gideon, and are always trying to stop those two from prying into how they run their show. Why they "need"/want Will: The Gleeful twins in some stories, already have their own magic, but regardless of whether they do or not, they always own a demon "slave"/servant, named William Cipher- who was tricked/forced into making a deal to do so, and he goes around doing everything for them, be is the little blue triangle you see in the video. He is often labelled a crybaby, seeing as he is often seen crying, or in some sort of physical pain due to the neglect and abuse that the Gleefuls seem to enjoy giving him (in many stories, Will is constantly kicked, hit, tortured, beaten, etc. by the Gleefuls). Will and his nicknames: He has a multitude of nickname, such as: -Blueberry, Blue, Cinnamon bun/roll, smol/soft boi/boy etc. Will and is powers: He is used for his magical ability to help run the Tent of Telepathy (the twins'/Stanford/the Stan twins' show, again it depends on the fic) and his power is often overused, or completely drained. He cannot escape because: A) He cannot break his deal B) His powers are "tied/capped" meaning he cannot use them as much as he would need to in order to escape And C) The Gleefuls use special, enchanted binding chains to order him around so he cannot escape anyway Will and tasks: Will is often forced to the more "menial" tasks that the Gleefuls cannot to bothered to do themselves, such as hoovering, cleaning (some say he developed OCD because of this particular job, seeing as he would be punished if the Gleefuls thought he hadn't done a good job- and, spoiler, they never think he has). Though let it be said, they are not above losing a little pride in order to make poor Will's life more of a living hell. He can however, also be used to do some of the "dirty work", to do things that the twins or Stanford would not want to be caught doing, especially as they have a reputation to keep up. Ships: In some stories, William is shipped ("romantically" paired with) Mason (Dipper), Mabel, Stanford, Pacifica or Gideon, though the first one is the most popular (it's called "WillDip"). There are also ships between Dipper and Pacifica, Mabel and Pacifica, Dipper and Gideon, Mabel and Gideon, and Fiddleford and Stanford. It is also important to note, that in many cases, such as in WillDip ships, the characters are aged up at LEAST to 15, or 18, so that there are less problems with shipping a demon with someone. Another thing that is important to note, is that for some reason, people ship the twins together- but most people do not. Other characters: This universe, as said before, is a role-reversal world. Therefore, in some versions of it, characters you wouldn't usually see in the normal Gravity Falls, appear much more often in the universe. Examples being: -Stanford. Often seen as the main "carer" (he more often than not doesn't give two craps about them) of the twins, and sometimes just as the original "owner" of Will. Most notably though, in many fanfiction, he is seen as "the man behind the strings"- controlling the twins through his words and actions, and trying to break them or apart, or trying to trick them into doing more for the show. -Fiddleford. More often than not, he appears as Ford's assistant, rather than as his older, crazy self. In some stories, he knows about Will and is completely up for experimenting on the poor demon, in others, he is slightly kinder, and prefers to help Will out, though he does not always know of the demon's existence, keep in mind. Sometimes, he is also seen helping out with the show, such as by kidnapping victims for new acts. In some interpretations too, he is seen helping out Stanford with the twins- keeping them in line, punishing them, encouraging them to do slightly darker things, looking after them when Stanford is away, etc. (It is not always clear whether he cares or doesn't care, about said twins) A small warning before you jump straight into reading stories about this universe: This universe can get very dark at times- Mabel often has an obsession with knives, and Mason can just be an absolute cold-hearted person (he is often very much a tsundere, though when around people duch as in the show, he is often presented as a very gentlemanly, but cold at heart person/ sort of like a yandere). The Gleefuls are often seen as being sadistic too, especially towards poor little Will. All in all though, the universe is not always like that, and there ARE many stories which do not include such things- instead just presenting the twins as slightly rude, but alright people. Quick fun "fact": Some people imagine the twins to have very overly stereotypical British accents, ways and manners. Alright, if there's anything else you want to know, just let me know and I'll try to answer it :)

Because I've seen people asking about the second comic and "why is Bill blue, what's wrong with him," etc., here ya go (I typed this out in response to another comment, but the info is still the same, also this took me like 30 mins to write and think up, soo...yeah, you're welcome):
Premise of the second comic's universe ("Reverse Falls"), this is all written out from memory and remember, there is no "one" story, so all information is gathered form different stories that I myself have read, and pieced together:
The blue demon you see in the second comic, is Will- basically reverse Bill (but many prefer the idea that Will and Bill are twins).
Why they "need"/want Will:
The Gleeful twins in some stories, already have their own magic, but regardless of whether they do or not, they always own a demon "slave"/servant, named William Cipher- who was tricked/forced into making a deal to do so, and he goes around doing everything for them, be is the little blue triangle you see in the video.
Will and his nicknames:
He has a multitude of nickname, such as:
-Blueberry, Blue, Cinnamon bun/roll, smol/soft boi/boy etc.
Will and is powers:
He is used for his magical ability to help run the Tent of Telepathy (the twins'/Stanford/the Stan twins' show, again it depends on the fic) and his power is often overused, or completely drained. He cannot escape because:
A) He cannot break his deal
B) His powers are "tied/capped" meaning he cannot use them as much as he would need to in order to escape
And C) The Gleefuls use special, enchanted binding chains to order him around so he cannot escape anyway
Will and tasks:
Will is often forced to the more "menial" tasks that the Gleefuls cannot to bothered to do themselves, such as hoovering, cleaning (some say he developed OCD because of this particular job, seeing as he would be punished if the Gleefuls thought he hadn't done a good job- and, spoiler, they never think he has). Though let it be said, they are not above losing a little pride in order to make poor Will's life more of a living hell. He can however, also be used to do some of the "dirty work", to do things that the twins or Stanford would not want to be caught doing, especially as they have a reputation to keep up.
Ships:
In some stories, William is shipped ("romantically" paired with) Mason (Dipper), Mabel, Stanford, Pacifica or Gideon, though the first one is the most popular (it's called "WillDip").
Other characters:
This universe, as said before, is a role-reversal world. Therefore, in some versions of it, characters you wouldn't usually see in the normal Gravity Falls, appear much more often in the universe. Examples being:
-Stanford.
(It is not always clear whether he cares or doesn't care, about said twins)
A small warning before you jump straight into reading stories about this universe:
This universe can get very dark at times- Mabel often has an obsession with knives, and Mason can just be an absolute cold-hearted person (he is often very much a tsundere, though when around people duch as in the show, he is often presented as a very gentlemanly, but cold at heart person/ sort of like a yandere). The Gleefuls are often seen as being sadistic too, especially towards poor little Will. All in all though, the universe is not always like that, and there ARE many stories which do not include such things- instead just presenting the twins as slightly rude, but alright people.
Quick fun "fact":
Some people imagine the twins to have very overly stereotypical British accents, ways and manners.
Alright, if there's anything else you want to know, just let me know and I'll try to answer it :)

Poor bill cipher
Will his name is will
Yeah, It's his reversed version. (I've made it my mission to inform the people of this comment section, that that is not Bill lol)
Explanation (I typed this out in response to another comment, but the info is still the same):
Premise of the second comic's universe ("Reverse Falls"), this is all written out from memory and remember, there is no "one" story, so all information is gathered form different stories that I myself have read, and pieced together:
The blue demon you see in the second comic, is Will- basically reverse Bill (but many prefer the idea that Will and Bill are twins).
