They are getting paid a lot more than playing for the G-League but pass on an opportunity to make tens of millions of dollars a season in the NBA. Getting on an NBA roster from G-League is no guarantee though and they get to stay close to home in the Euro leagues. A bird in the hand is worth 2 in the bush. With the big TV contracts, there are a lot of guys in the NBA right now who you would normally never pay 15-20 million a year for, but teams need to fill out their starting rotations with somebody decent.
Are these fifteen guys at the mid range starter level? If so, then it is a mystery why they would settle for earning a fraction of what they could earn in the NBA.
Does the NBA have to pay compensation to the Euro league to sign these players? Could that be a sticking point in bringing these guys over?
Does the NBA see these guys as potential mid range starters? If not, that would explain it - they're not offering. If so, again, a mystery.

It's more about their talent lol. They are not talented enough to demand regular NBA contracts. Euro league MVP would be a bench player in the NBA at best. There are exceptions, , of course, but you get the point.

Pero si literalmente los jugadores europeos dominan la NBA

3 million? That’s close to the minimum salary in the NBA. I don’t think the salary is keeping players in Europe.

3 Mio is the minimum? No way, a bench player from let's Say hornets doesn't earn that much

3 million after tax, nba salary are salaries before tax so you should probably double the salaries in order to compare the properly

It’s 3 million tax free which is equivalent to making 6-8(depending on where you play in the states).

Sheesh… How much is De Colo making now?
    Teodosic? Vezenkov? Mahmutoglu?
These names could easily be on NBA salary. Great content as usual 👊🏾
