I use comercial embroidery machines from them. I have a business with multiple 15 needle machines. I contact them via whatsapp and thats even faster. I have a machine like you have but it is branded bai. Bai is for some reason branding them poolin now. But it is the same thing and the same company. Love your channel, I especially love your setyo with the tool box tables
Poolin is made by bai. They produce industrial machines with the name BAI on there they are the best. Cheapest and best customer service compared to higher rated brands, and their machines are just as good
I have to agree with you. This machine is as good as others I’ve used and they have exceptional customer service. I emailed them and within 24 hours I had a response and that was over the weekend.
Which software do you use to design your graphics for this project? I use Inkscape. When I export to DST, the colors get messed up. Poolin doesn’t recognize some of the letters from the original design.
The design I used in this video is one that is built-in to the machine. I don't digitize my own files. I like to use ZDigitizing. They are great to work with a super fast turnaround.
