Nice review! I like your channel! I almost gave up on Cubans (due to burn issues and plugged cigars) until a friend suggested that I drop the humidity down to 62% from 65%. I keep all cubans in Tupperware with 62% boveda packs, and I stack the Tupperware in my wineador. Since dropping down to 62% I almost never have any burn issues. Give it a try ;)

It depends, but most people recommend around 6 months. But really depends as it could have already aged at the cigar shop, you can always check the date on the box

Yes…I’m subscribed. I’ll be looking forward to your coffee pairings coming soon I hope. I also hope that 1/2 the pairing will be a Habanos👍🏻. Smoke on…💨💨💨
I no longer consume alcoholic beverages but let it be know I was a true lover of fine beers and great scotches. I pair with mostly a nice coffee or a Vanilla Coke or root beer. Must comment on the HdM 2 a hands down winner and your glass ware. Gotta love that glass cover. Imo great idea to capture the essence of the fine aroma of a fine spirt. Smoke on 💨💨💨
Thank you for the comment, and yes a cigar with coffee is the best paring there is. Yeas the glass is perfect for tasting, I was very lucky to get this one on this video. Make sure you subscribe, I am planing to do some cigar and coffee content that I think you might like.

Another fantastic review. The construction and flavour inconsistency and lack of quality control in Cuba is putting me and a lot of people off. The Epi2 is (or should I say was) a fantastic stick if you can find one worth smoking. Odds are in my experience 6/10 (ie 6 smokable cigars in a box of 10) which is awfully low compared to non Cubans where odds are 9.99/10
It’s a shame but very true, this cabinet is an example I’ve already had 6 bad ones and counting I guess. It’s a shame because this is a great cigar and a so many bad examples do damage the experience.
Have you tried aging them yet? I’ve heard similar reviews about taste and burn not being what it used to be lately, but also heard aging for 6+ months helps out a lot. Also helps with the ammonia smell and taste in them. I hope the ones I just ordered will be decent. If not I’ll just let them sit
Thank you, bolivar is also a great cigar. If you liked this video you’ll like the future ones as I’m working a lot harder to increase quality, so make sure if you haven’t subscribed then please subscribe.
Lovely cigar and a great review. It was also the first cigar that I fully enjoyed. I always buy one for a friend that wants to try a cigar. Unfortunately the Cuban qaulity issue is really putting me off lately. They are priced higher than most non Cuban cigars yet they have such poor quality control.

@@DailyCigar Subscribed. Man your video qaulity is already very good! I would imagine if you keep going at it, you will eventually get thousands of subscribers. the only problem is RUclips started flagging cigar videos and not recommending them to people etc. Which is absolutely ridiculous!

It’s a medium bodied cigar, so expected, this is why it’s good as a any day any time smoke or perfect for beginners. It definitely doesn’t let you down. Im super late. But what kind of glass was that you were drinking the whiskey out of? I need that for the house. Thanks in advance
I actually sell these in my website ToroPuro.com but they are from a brand called Amber glass. I think they also sell in USA
I feel the same for the Epicure 2, it started it all for me. Hold it dead to my heart. Buen review.
I think this cigar specially in Europe, is the one that started it all for many.
Gracias hermano
My favourite cigar. Great video, thanks.

Great review how long do you age your Cuban cigars before you start smoking them.
It depends, but most people recommend around 6 months. But really depends as it could have already aged at the cigar shop, you can always check the date on the box
Would this be lighter than a partagas?
Yes, partagas is a very punchy cigar when the epicure is smooth and creamy
I love your style brother!
Thank you

Nice review. The Epi 2 is an elegant smoke though I do enjoy Epicure Especial more
Yes, I agree with you but Epi 2 still my go to cigar, never disappoints.
Just scored a 25 cabinet at LCDH Tijuana. They are stamped July, 2021. It’s awfully difficult to keep out of them right now.

Very nice job I do have a romance with the Epi 2 but what really got me going was the Bolivar petite corona! Great job tho

This and Montescristos are the best Cubans I've ever had. That said, I love Nicaraguan and Domincan more in general.
There are magnificent cigars out there, don’t stop trying new smokes
