This guy is a class act! Over a decade ago, my husband missed out on going to a convention and meeting him so my mother in law asked him if he could call him on the phone. When she dialed and my husband didn't answer, Mr. Englund left him a voicemail that said "Hey Zach! Drop dead!" He still talks about that to this day! 🥰
Robert is beyond incredible! He is so engaging to listen to! All his acting/work he has done is untouchable & nobody else could do it! Love how he cares about his fans & that means more to him than fame!
I first watched Nightmare on Elm St when I was 6 ! I discovered that I would NOT have nightmares only as long as I wore headphones and listened to music whole watching. If I did that I was fine. If I didn't, the score of the film got to me combined with the visuals and Nightmares would ensue 😆
Man, Robert Englund was such a joy to listen to! He really can tell stories incredibly well. This was a heck of an episode and so glad to have had the pleasure of listening to it!
One of my favourite episodes, I could listen to Robert forever.. Congratulations Billy and Dom, your podcast is the only thing that lifts my spirits and remind me to smile again. You two are a perfect match and I feel like I'm part of your shenanigans! Love from the UK to both of you 🥰🇬🇧
Just watched/listened to this episode, was about to say the same thing about Robert. He said he likes to talk and we are all thankful for it =) I wish there was a Billy and Dom healing salve I could apply on the world. Hope you're ok!
I simply love You guys. Incredible, when i was teenager and suffered from anxiety LOTR was my cure. My immersion used to be so deep that if Your Channel was made in 2005 i would be in Valinor for sure. All best Dom and Billy!
Please come back to FanExpoCanada in Toronto next year, all 3 of you. I was there this year for one day, and wasn't able to meet Billy or Robert, but thank you Dom for being so great when I met you!
Back in like… 2006 maybe 2007, I volunteered at the children’s museum in Macon Georgia for a local haunted house venue called underworld. Unbeknownst to me, Robert was touring haunted houses and I scared the crap outta the very dude who used to scare the crap outta me when I was a kid! I expected him to be much taller tho. Cheers Robert
I'm not sure how I didn't know of this channel earlier. I love you two so much. Merry and Pippin have been my favorite characters since I first saw the films. My god I have so many hours of this to listen to now. I love you two so much, thanks for the laughs.
This is such a gem of an episode! Robert is an amazing story teller (as are Billy and Dom). The three of you seem to have a great rapport and it's an absolute pleasure to listen to :)
Fantastic episode. What a lovely and down-to-earth guy Robert is. Found his stories really interesting. I’m not overly familiar with all the Nightmare On Elm Street movies. I think I’ve only seen the original. It’s his performance as Willy from V that I most associate him with. I used to absolutely love that original series. I remember staying up late each week as a kid, watching it with my brother. It was almost torture to have to wait a whole 7 days till the next episode, but that only added to the intensity and suspense of each show. Willy and Martin were my favourite characters. Both good aliens!😆
I'm 47. Always remember seeing the Freddie films for the first time here in the UK. It was as infamous due to certain scenes as clockwork orange was infamous. Robert Englund is always a joy to listen to. As for LOTR. When watching The Rings of Power I kept going back to LOTR the FOTR Into the dark Moria and Lothlorian scenes as those are my favourite scenes and soundtracks to transport me back into the magical world which the show while ok, unfortunately lacks that magic spark
What a cool guest! So many cool stories -- old Hollywood and beyond -- and, as Billy put it (seems like quite well), lust for life. Definitely surfaced middle school theater geek me! 🥺👏🏻 Also, ice cream sandwiches are incredible and I'm so sorry Billy is only for the first time at his age experiencing one. Idk, that might just be how much I love cold sweets 😋🍦 Thanks TFO for bringing him on and to Robert for being there! Always a joy, Tuesdays slap hard 🤩🧅💙
Great interview, as always. However, as someone who's never seen any of Robert's work, I would have liked an intro and bio. He's a clear story teller and can spin a yarn with the best of em! Another great guest!
I could listen to Robert talk for hours. His stories are incredible. I wish he had talked more about Nightmare Cafe after mentioning it. I loved that show and it deserved better. Awesome episode, gentlemen!
My mum made me watch Nightmare 1 at 4yo 🤦♂️😆. I LOVED it but was so scared thst I knew Freddy was in my basement till I was about 12yo. I’d love to meet Robert. He’s amazing! He should have been bigger than he was. He has so much talent beyond Freddy though Freddy is nothing without him. I could have played Freddy but I don’t have the look. I can do the voice but it now hurts my throat
I had no idea I needed this interview. It's good to see you interact with Robert in such a relaxed way. I'll now be watching all your interviews . Thanks guys
omg ikr....a friend of mine said when his wife and kid were watching he was only listening and when it got tho Victor Kreel he knew who that voice belonged to.
Such a great guest! I feel like I've overlooked Robert Englund since I mostly only know him as Freddie. NOES is still one my all time favorite horror movies.
Great episode. I must say, not being a horror fan myself, I didn't think I'd enjoy this one. But what great stories Robert had to tell. Thanks Billy & Dom for once again transforming what could have been a tedious afternoon of catching up on work-related chores into a delight. And for helping me learn how much more there was to this well-known actor.
Always look forward to these videos. This was a really interesting interview with lots of fun info about the life of a make up artist in Hollywood. Well done lads!
I don't particularly like the slasher type horror films , but the Nightmare on Elm Street Series of films are thoroughly entertaining because of Robert England's Freddie Kruger .
It would be great if you made a recipe book for the Billy & Dom Eat the World foods, and put a shopping list in the front of all the foods that got high usefulness scores that we should all have in our cupboards in case we needs to hash something together. Maybe fans could them come up with recipes using those useful foods, which could be future Billy & Dom Eat the World foods, and form the second recipe book
Freddy Kreuger and the Hobbits makes more sense than you think.. Lord of the rings was produced by new line cinema and they got their start with....Freddy
Alright 🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰 Robert Englund I like Robert Englund so much Halloween is one of my favorite Holidays too it so wonderful to see Robert Englund and I like him so much.
I just saw a post on social media that almost all of the Riders of Rohan were women with fake beards and the horses actually belonged to most of the women. Is that true?
This guy is a class act! Over a decade ago, my husband missed out on going to a convention and meeting him so my mother in law asked him if he could call him on the phone. When she dialed and my husband didn't answer, Mr. Englund left him a voicemail that said "Hey Zach! Drop dead!" He still talks about that to this day! 🥰
ahahahaha that's awesome!
It's kind of like getting a "Fuck off!" from Billy Connolly, an honor.
He's still making the convention rounds. His presence is electric, like a rock star. It's like the Beatles were there.
Peace & Life Everlasting with Jesus 💞
Pray for guidance and wait Patiently 💞
That's a cool mother in law
Robert is beyond incredible! He is so engaging to listen to! All his acting/work he has done is untouchable & nobody else could do it! Love how he cares about his fans & that means more to him than fame!
Lol, you dragged Freddy out to the Valley. Freddy doesn't like the heat 😅
What a generous person!
Merry and Pippin interviewing Freddy. Absolutely warms my heart.
Ahhhh this episode made me so happy!! 3 incredible human beings who are incredible actors having a conversation.
Man, Robert Englund was such a joy to listen to! He really can tell stories incredibly well. This was a heck of an episode and so glad to have had the pleasure of listening to it!
One of my favourite episodes, I could listen to Robert forever.. Congratulations

@@duskthorn_ab I totally agree!
Imagine the fellowship of the ring but with Freddy stalking Merry and Pippin in dreams while traveling.
I simply love You guys. Incredible, when i was teenager and suffered from anxiety LOTR was my cure. My immersion used to be so deep that if Your Channel was made in 2005 i would be in Valinor for sure. All best Dom and Billy!
Can relate...middle school and high school was A LOT and, as Dom surmised when I met him at a con, LOTR was v much a "balm through the storm" 🧙🧝♀️🙏🏻💙
Same
The chemistry between Robert and Billy is just fantastic!
Please come back to FanExpoCanada in Toronto next year, all 3 of you. I was there this year for one day, and wasn't able to meet Billy or Robert, but thank you Dom for being so great when I met you!

Incredible episode! Love your chats with fellow actors
I love when they talk shop, always fascinates me!
absolutely loved this episode, put a smile on my face, which I needed today
I just finished watching all of the Nightmare on Elm Street movies on Saturday. What amazing timing!
Robert is right about processed fake food - give me real unprocessed food without chemicals and other garbage.
I'm not sure how I didn't know of this channel earlier. I love you two so much. Merry and Pippin have been my favorite characters since I first saw the films. My god I have so many hours of this to listen to now. I love you two so much, thanks for the laughs.
Enjoy!
You're in for a real treat 😄🙌🏻
Best timing. Watching Robert Englund as Freddy is now Halloween tradition. He is quintessential part of this event.
Oh what a great guest! Interesting and kind. Fits right in.
I will never forget the moment I saw Robert without the Freddy makeup on and went, "Holy Sh*t! It's Willie!!"
This is such a gem of an episode! Robert is an amazing story teller (as are Billy and Dom). The three of you seem to have a great rapport and it's an absolute pleasure to listen to :)
Watching from England and loving the show. A great interview, much enjoyed. Thank you, guys. You rock!
I expected a "Well, that rules you out Pip" after the True Classic Commercial 😂😂
Fantastic episode. What a lovely and down-to-earth guy Robert is. Found his stories really interesting.

Such an amazing interview. I found myself completely lost in this conversation. I felt I was sitting there in the room with you . Thank you .

Such an interesting interview, I just couldn't stop listening. Robert is a very, very smart guy.
Lovely conversation. Would have been nice to hear more about the Nightmare franchise over all.
Great interview, as always. However, as someone who's never seen any of Robert's work, I would have liked an intro and bio. He's a clear story teller and can spin a yarn with the best of em! Another great guest!
Ive loved Robert since I was 6.
I could listen to Robert talk for hours. His stories are incredible. I wish he had talked more about Nightmare Cafe after mentioning it. I loved that show and it deserved better. Awesome episode, gentlemen!
Merry and Pippin talk to Freddy Krueger. What would Gandalf say? Fool of a Took and Brandybock
I LOVE IT, AHHHH SO EXCITED TO WATCH.

It was treat listening to Robert. Love how he has so much knowledge about LA history and film history. And such a gracious actor.
Best day ever to watch more Friendship Onion
Robert you’re not alone, at one time I also believed an ice cream sandwich was ice cream on white bread
Proper legend. And if I ever met him in person, I'd still be a little bit scared.
So would I
Great interview. Can always listen to Robert talk forever. So good at storytelling
Billy and Dom you two are so fantastic 😍 💖 I love how watching your podcast make me feel so happy and giggly.
I had no idea I needed this interview. It's good to see you interact with Robert in such a relaxed way. I'll now be watching all your interviews . Thanks guys
This was a great interview.
Love a spooky episode!!👻
I saw Robert englund in stranger things season 4 as victor creel
omg ikr....a friend of mine said when his wife and kid were watching he was only listening and when it got tho Victor Kreel he knew who that voice belonged to.
I could listen to this guy for days! He has such an excitement about him.
What a fantastic episode!
Fantastic episode boys!
I’ve been listening your radio for several days now. All guests are interesting, inspiring xD
Love these podcasts... a proper good 'pick-me-up' show!
Another great episode! Thank you so much for keeping the entertainment high! You both are amazing!!!!
Such a great guest! I feel like I've overlooked Robert Englund since I mostly only know him as Freddie. NOES is still one my all time favorite horror movies.
F'N BRILLIANT. Laughs from the get-go!!
Great guest!

How have I missed this channel, first time see it. I love Dilly Moyd and that actor from V TV show with the lizard hand for knivies
Billy you should come to St. Louis for Halloween, the kids here all come prepared with a joke to get their candy.
I don't particularly like the slasher type horror films , but the Nightmare on Elm Street Series of films are thoroughly entertaining because of Robert England's Freddie Kruger .
My major takeaway from this is that Robert’s got that DAWG in him
It would be great if you made a recipe book for the Billy & Dom Eat the World foods, and put a shopping list in the front of all the foods that got high usefulness scores that we should all have in our cupboards in case we needs to hash something together. Thanks for sharing your video
Absolutely 💯 fantastic interview!!
What a great video. It’s so great to hear you guys touch on so many things with Robert.
First time I saw Robert was in the show " V " and then the Nightmares incredible actor ❤ much love and respect ❤
Excellent!
Mr. Englund needs a podcast if he doesn't already have one.
I laughed when you said seen nightmare on elm Street at 13 and to young. I was 5 or 6 and loved it.
I don't know if I will be able to watch this as Freddy really scares me even at the age of 52. However, I will try.
"you have that lust for life..." "What else is there to do?"
Freddy Kreuger and the Hobbits makes more sense than you think.. Lord of the rings was produced by new line cinema and they got their start with....Freddy
And Peter Jackson was in talks to direct the 6th Nightmare on Elm Street which was going to be different than Freddy's Dead.
@@thelivingjed9676 oh yes I know.. I love Peter's old man Freddy idea..
fantastic episode

Great episode ❤️
I want to watch Blumhouse's Compendium of Horror
Yes, I'm here early for once!
I just saw a post on social media that almost all of the Riders of Rohan were women with fake beards and the horses actually belonged to most of the women. Is that true?
The first 2 NoEs movies are the best
This is a damn fine episode ❤
Ice cream sandwich, oh, nothing better!
I got the privilege of meeting Mr. Englund.
Holy shit, Hobbits talking to Freddy Krueger. I've seen it all now!
Wasn't the orc general played by Lawrence Makoare? Gothmog right?
Love 💕💕😘❤️🔥🌹💐 you guys need to have Elijah Jordan Wood on More often
