Whats just as cool is Step father/ Step son bonding over sledding. Its been a pretty cool way to break the ice with this kid. Now we get along like peas and carrots bud
thats a hell of a sled to be giving a little kid, but he seems to handle it just fine, taking it at his own pace, glad he's got some confident riders around to teach him and encourage him, awesome to see!
Mad respect!! Me and my bud take our 12 year olds out to the mountains, and it's a ton of work getting them unstuck, and not dead in tree wells, but it's more rewarding then anything! Nothing cooler then seeing the next generation ripping!
This is what it’s all about, my boy is 1.5 years old, and this is the stuff I look forward to. You guys seem to have a really good bond. Plus having gramps there along. He will remember this for his whole life just like we did following our father’s and grandfathers up in the mountains.
My girls (5 and 6) love watch Ezzy ride. Helping them to feel confident that they will be ready to get out there sooner than latter! Thanks for making this video. Bring on more Ezzy!
Cant wait to see your little ones shred! I love your riding style! Ive watched every single video for the past 2 seasons! Keep up the good work Muskoka...
This is amazing your a great dad,my dad died when I was two and would give anything to do this with my dad, keep it up man, when he is 30 he will love it more
What a fantastic day! He should remember this day for the rest of his life. My dad is 78 and I am 48 and sometimes he still tells me what to do LOL. We have had a good relationship my whole life
Thats so sick man ...another star being born on the mountain. father like son props to your son man he's a natural.. I see the same fearlessness you have brotha it's awsome to see..he will be given you a run for your money soon 💯 %
This is awesome parenting right here ! Give your son the passion of snowmobiling and turning wrenches, and he will never find the time for drugs or booze ! Kudos to you Brett ! 🤘
Awesome work being patient and supportive of your son. I can’t wait to do the same with my daughter. Only way to keep the sport alive is to pass down knowledge to the younger generation
SO EPIC! START EM YOUNG! Kid has a bright future if he sticks with it! Cant wait to get my son on the big sleds! Hes curently 4 years old riding a little 120. He burned 5 tankes of gas in the yard yesterday! 4 years old and he tries so hard to get ths skis off the ground! 😁
Keep it up and hell be your best friend for life, I’m 32 and I hang out with my pops more than I do anyone else, we just bought a drift boat together which means ever more time. Don’t be that person that regrets not seeing your family more once they are gone!

Brett you got quite the young man there and your beaming more than he is. Grandpa is beaming as well. He is very eager to learn and a bit of a daredevil. Enzyme great job out there buddy. Remember you got one of the Greatest Teachers in the sport. Great Video Guys. 🤘🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻
It is one of the best rewards of being a father to see your son or daughter take to the sports you love, both my kids started on my old Honda mini trail at 5 years old and running 440 sleds by 10 and grow from that in several motor sports. Now my son is getting ready for his kid to start next year, 3 years old and has mastered a BMX two wheel balance so the mini bike next summer have a blast guys from canada
I love it dude. I remember the first time I took my sons out too, it's a memory you will never forget. Yesterday I rode "with" my son and his buddies... It was pretty comical, he's like "you can stick to the trail but we'll be up here on the hilside". I guess he forgot that I got him started...lol. He's been riding now for about 7 years.
OMG!!! This was exciting yet heartwarming! From beginning to end, Zaleś from slap fight championship couldn't slap the ear to ear smile off my face!!! It truly made some incredibly precious memories for your families ❤😊
Nice to see a 10 year old riding bc im 13 and riding a 850 Skidoo summit and i started when i was like 9 or 8 and back then i wasn’t brave as him i was scared and for his first time he took it like a champ!! and now i just want a turbo haha, but next year i might get a different sled my dad said but not a turbo sadly lol. but i hope he gets better in the future and has fun!!
Man that's gnarly being able to shred with your son and pops. I miss the mountains.. last time I went I took a zr700 up.. worst mistake as it just snowed 2 feet prior to getting there. Man I was sore for a month after that trip lol
My oldest son is 38 now but started out on the front of the sled with me riding in lower and up of Michigan and the road around home we still riding together today we just had a long pause together cuz he tuck off and did his time serving in Afghanistan very proud of him now we riding together again! is my best riding partner I ever had I yous to watch over him now he watches over me hope you always have fun with your boy for you know it he will be a man and you will be an old man make the best of all the time you can with him!

So Awesome! Wish My Brother and I were out getting some powder like you guys today But we were stuck at home sick! your video has us stoked now to get out next weekend and try new stuff
Love the video man!!!! At his age I rode and owned almost the same sled in the end of the video, mine was a 90s something Polaris Indi 500 and I had a blast on that thing as a kid, trying to put allllll my weight into the sled to powder turn and stuff lol. Now I'm 26 and just the other day I FINALLY got the opportunity to ride the same khaos 850 you son rode in this same colors and all lol. And I gotta say I NEED ONE, there so fun and versatile now days. And I'll admit, the thing bucked me off a good hand full of times the day I rode it! No injury's thankfully just alot of fun memories that makes me want to own a new sled now, especially being that I'm starting to get older 😂🤣 (youngin joke) lol. Time to save my butt off!!!! Also this video came up in my recommendations and I was NOT disappointed at all!! You got my sub!! Keep up the great content!! I love it🤘🤘🤘🤘
Mad respect for this kid! Great throttle control for a new rider on a 850. Can’t wait to see what he can do when he can use his body weight to throw the sled around.
Thats awesome , I used to ride crowfoot with my dad and his buddies back in the early 90’s i was 4 years old it was a good time , rode with my dad on his yamaha phazer lots of good memories up there
Yooo my step dad who is older now doesnt ride anymore, was the one who started my sled addiction. I remember goin to my first grass drag and the first deepest day of my life. Miss the good ol days
Dude that's awesome, congrats on three gens 2½ snowmobiles 😉jk.. the best snowmobile is the one you have. Your boy is cut from the same humble pie as you.
I was/am too broken to teach my kids to ride/ski. But I did get to teach my brother who is 10 years younger than me. At mile three on the trail he was be hind me and I was going slow, but he still managed to launch an XLT to 15 feet up a spruce tree. He was fine, we replaced the parts and he was back on the trail the next day, but I learned a lesson.
growing up my dad said if you can't pull start you can't drive it. and you have to lift the backend of the ground and move it 2 ft any direction and the same with the front. then roll it over. and last but not least my dad got it stuck in the yard and told to free it by yourself !!! that proves you can ride and save yourself !!! This kid will never appreciate riding sleds !!! like us old ones do !!! and he is to light for that sled !!!
Wish I had the money for a snowmobile. I’m 14 and have a very old four wheeler but it runs and drives and I love it. It’s an 86 but I make it work, I hope someday I have a snowmobile
I’m 11 and my first snowmobile ride was also on an 850. Good throttle control! It was really hard for me to get the hang of it but you got it smack dab right. Nice job!
I am envious, I am unable to do this with my kids despite knowing how (not like you of course) but I have been planning to teach my kids to ski since I was 15, how I would do it and everything. Then because Army (I am a 100% disabled vet) I am just not able. Sucks. Nice to watch you do it though. You are to be envied by me at least.
I run a seasonal property maintenance business and have 3 kids. With a history of motor sports, I think snowmobiles need to be in my future. I have the means and the time, just need to light my family’s passion on for e
