Revisiting the 130 Old Power Plant. Ran Into Other Explorers!

Exploring what's left of a massive industrial complex that started out as a power plant back in 1888. Years of vandalism, and metal scrapping, have led to portions of the building collapsing. The first time I was here, over fifteen years ago now, the building was relatively difficult to access and hardly had any graffiti. Years of neglect and property owners who refuse to secure the building have reduced the old building to ruin.
