  • #339: Getting back to the gym after a surgery is important to many people. Maybe they’re an athlete needing to prepare for their sport, or someone that enjoys the gym recreationally.
    We’re big advocates to get back into the gym as soon as possible, but after surgery there are some things to consider. Here are our thoughts on how to best manage this.
