Here in Charleston. The flood danger is actually diminishing. He just happens to be in the one area of the city with standing water. Chances of rain keep falling, the weather story here is largely over.

I still remember when the thunder snow happened and he about flipped his lid. Having that kind of passion for what he does is tough to find anymore. You can hear it in his voice, here.
I'm on James Island we've had about four inches of rain and I have water in my basement luckily only about an eighth or less so far..
